De coupling of RWP, complete dismantling the entire pump, cleaning, examination and replacement of damaged components, changing of Shafts, Bearing housing, Bearings, Impeller, Impeller housing & neck rings , reassembling the pump and recommissioning satisfactorily after aligning the pump and motor.(Transporting vehicle and rubber chord will be arranged by Contractor Scope) of Capacity 3800 M3/Hr, VMF -36”.

Charges for cleaning and examination of existing gland sleeve, intermediate and pump shaft sleeves and Finostos ‘B’ bushes. Transporting of existing Shafts with sleeves to workshop for checking shaft trueness, Machining and matching of sleeves and Finostos ‘B’ bushes to the required dimensions and also return back to Raw water pump house. (Transporting vehicle will be arranged by Contractor scope.) Pump of Capacity 3800 M3/Hr, VMF -36”.

Charges for cutting and removal of existing worn-out Gland Sleeve, Intermediate shaft sleeves and pump shaft sleeve and refixing new machined sleeves on the shafts after preheating of sleeves if necessary. Pump of Capacity 3800 M3/ Hr , VMF -36”.

Charges for painting of pump internals, column pipes, intake trash rack and screens etc., with one coat of rust convertor, one coat of epoxy red oxide primer and one coat of epoxy high build coal tar one over the other with proper intervals.

Charges for Painting for two coats of enamel black/ green paint including cleaning the painting surface

Charges for renewal of worn out line shafts & dowel pin and edge preparation of shaft and bushes, drilling and cutting process in the outside work shop etc.,

Charges for aligning the inter shaft- lock mechanism with shaft coupling & dowel pin and bushes after the machining process.

Charges for Overhauling of 900mm butterfly valve includes Complete overhauling of gearbox, Inspection and scale cleaning of valve seat and changing of rubber seal also attending the repairs and servicing of the butterfly valve parts and actuator parts.

Charges for leading, lifting and transportation of Iron and steel materials, from stores to site for raw water intake trash rack rectification works.

Charges for removal of corroded portion intake trash rack frame of raw water pump, fabrication & re erection of trash rack (As per cost data “Charges for Petty Iron Works on truss, straps etc”)

Charges for lifting the trash rack screen from intake channel of raw water pump for rectification works and lowering the trash rack after completion of work and re fixing into position.

Charges for fabrication and erection of spool piece for air vent ball valve in Raw water pump outside discharge pipe line.

Charges for Dismantling of air vent valve from the raw water pump discharge line and re assembling the valve after completion of repair/ rectification works.
