Charpoy GI Pipe ply top (FD-220)

Ply wood from Charpoy GI ply top 32 mm, tightening each part of the entire frame of charpoy (i.e long rail, short rail, legs, elbow, check nut etc) by using pipe wrench whether loose or dismantled. Supply and fixing new 12 mm thick BWR Grade ply wood of ISI marked with new GI carriage bolt, nut and washers of size 6mm dia 62 to 65mm long or as directed by GE/Engr-in-charge.

Elbow GI 32mm dia 3 way medium grade ISI marked all as specified and as shown on drawing

Long rail of 32mm dia medium grade GI pipe in lieu, duly threaded at both ends, confirming to IS, all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Cutting and threading of old existing damaged long rail of the GI charpoy retreived from sl No- 22.03 above, and converted into short rail and fixing in the charpoy GI Pipe, all as specified and shown in drgs or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cutting and threading of old Unsv short rail of the GI charpoy retreived from sl No- 22.04 above,and converted into legs of size 440mm long, incl FMN set arrangement/ clamps duly welded along with fixing of 3 mm thick MS sheet at bottom of legs. All as specified and shown in drgs or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

GI check nut 32mm dia medium grade of ISI marked all as specified and shown in drgs or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Angle iron 25 x 25 x 05 mm two numbers shall be provided in equidistant of long rail by means of continuous welding at top of long rail to fix plywood without leaving gap. Angle iron shall have proper hole to fix plywood as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Flat iron 25 x 4 mm cleat of length 60mm shall be made to shape and fixed through continuous welding to each long rail – 2 Nos and each short rail – 2 Nos in equidistant. cleat shall have proper hole to fix plywood, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for All steel sections shall be painted with One coats of synthetic enamel paint of silver grey colour after preparation of surface, or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(A) Repairs/ replacement of old unsv existing parts including tapestry cloth of following Modular / TP / Branded / MAP furniture. S&F new parts of Branded / Modular (TP / Map) furniture as under. Material shall be of same specifications as used in these furniture articles by manufactures. Rates includes the removing, supply and fixing of old Unsv material with new as mentioned below. (Sample of chairs/Tables can be seen in furniture yard of BSO GE (CME) before quoting the rates). (B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units at OTM/Md Accn under the jurisdiction of GE (CME) Khadki including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed.

M & L for Upholstry of Tapestry cloth of seat & back, along with malmal cloth to covering the seat and back of chair. Tapestry cloth should not be less than Rs. 200/- Mtr along with PVC lipping around the back of chairs as directed.

S&F new tapestry cloth of high quality to upholstry the chair auditorium moulded polythene foam seat, back & sides covering all seat and back as in original on site or as directed by Engr-In- Charge. Colour of cloth as approved by GE .Tapestry cloth should not be less than Rs 260/-Mtr.

PU arm rest of Chair auditorium with suitable bolts and nuts complete all as per specified & directed.

MS Anchor bolt at the base plate for fixing the chairs to the foundation rigidly with suitable nuts, washer, chemical injection/ grouting complete wherever required upto the satisfaction, as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of old existing unserviceable cushion foam along with Frame from back of sofa set 5 seater (3+1+1) (05 Nos back cushion in each set). Supply and fix cushion foam of 40 density and 100mm thick, after repaired broken parts of wooden frame of back with suitable screw as existing or as directed by Engr-in-charge

Removing of Old existing unserviceable tapestry cloth from seat of sofa set 5 seater (3+1+1) (05 Nos in each set). Supply and fix 05 nos new tapestry cloth with white inner lining cloth duly stitched and PVC Zipped of High quality (Openable type) as directed by Engr in Charge. The rates of tapestry cloth should not be less than Rs 200/- per Meter

Removing of old existing unserviceable cushion foam from seat of sofa set 5 seater (3+1+1) (05 Nos in each set). Supply and fix 05 nos new cushion foam of 40 density and 100mm thick as directed by Engr in Charge.

Sofa Single Seater with cushion (FD-281/ 373)

Tapestry cloth cover with whiteinner lining duly stitched and PVC Zipped of high quality on one side with two runners (Openable). Tapestry cloth should not be less than Rs 200/meter as approved by Engr-in-charge / GE.(02 Nos in each set)

Cushion foam of 40 density and 100mm thick as per Drg (02 Nos in each set).

Table centre Glass top (FD-375)

Supply and fixing of 10 mm thick Glass (make : Saint gobain or equivalent) with polished edge and made to the size 1200mm x 600mm along with 4nos Vaccum rubber shoe at top for fixing the glass on table as shown in Drg.
