Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, parapets including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, at any description with necessary scaffolding of max height for G+2 Bldgs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on wall/ concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in two layer (10mm+5mm) in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work / concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement using WPC complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Notes:- (i) Water proofing compound to be used only on top layer of plaster (i.e. 5mm thick) (ii) Qty of WPC to be used @200ml per cement bag or as per manufacturer's instructions (iii) WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in ceiling using cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer over a coat of 2-3mm thick JK/Birla wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Distemper work to be carried out through machinery(spray painting) only by authorized dealers/ applicators. (b) Sufficient quantity of material will be brought at site by the contractor before commencement of work for entire satisfaction of user as well as Engineer in charge. (c) The bills produced by the contractor will be vetted from the manufacturer and fwd to GST section/ council for verification by GE.

M & L for complete removal of existing paint/finish from old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Anti fungal weather coat with acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint applied @1.67kg/10sqm of required shade over a coat of primer applied @2.20kg/10Sqm on new/ old surfaces including 2-3mm thick wall care putty or white cement paste mixed with water as a binding coat, including necessary scaffolding for max height of G+2 bldg, etc complete all as specified and directed. Make of Acrylic emulsion weather coat paint:- Asian (Apex Ultima),Berger (Super coat ) or ICI Dulux (weather shield). Make of primer:- Asian or Equivalent. Note:- (a) Preparation/ scrapping of surfaces will be carried out through machinery only. (b) Each stage i.e. application of primer, application of exterior emulsion first and second coat will be passed from Engr-in -Charge. All painting work will be carried out through machinery(spray painting) only. (c) A warranty of four years or as per manufacturer's instructions, whichever is higher and 2% of retention money as a guarantee against the work done will be furnished by the tenderer for all interior and exterior painting work. (d) Sufficient quantity of material will be brought at site by the contractor before commencement of work for entire satisfaction of user as well as Engineer in charge. (e) The bills produced by the contractor will be vetted from the manufacturer and fwd to GST section/ council for verification by GE.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and finishing the wall with weather coat using acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade (two or more coats) applied @ 1.67ltr/10Sqm over priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.2kg/10Sqm over complete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Preparation/ scrapping of surfaces will be carried out through machinery only. (b) Each stage i.e. application of primer, application of exterior emulsion first and second coat will be passed from Engr-in -Charge. All painting work will be carried out through machinery(spray painting) only. M&L for preparation of old decorated plaster or unplastered surface including complete removal by brooming down with steel wire brush, scraping down smoke soot, moss, efflorescent salt, cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper on walls over 2-3mm thick Plaster of Paris/ wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Preparation/ scrapping of surfaces will be carried out through machinery only. (b) All Distemper work to be carried out through machinery(spray painting) by authorized applicators only. (c) Sufficient quantity of material will be brought at site by the contractor before commencement of work for entire satisfaction of user as well as Engineer in charge. (d) The bills produced by the contractor will be vetted from the manufacturer and fwd to GST section/ council for verification by GE.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in plinth protection and finishing the concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in repairs PVC (SWR) (type B) as per IS: 13592, nahani trap / floor trap plain or multi with stainless steel grating incl joining to waste pipe with solvent cement joint dia of outlet 75mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cast iron/PVC pipes including fittings and taking out of trenches or walls as required having dia of pipe upto 100mm.

S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) (Type B) as per IS:13592, bends any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 75mm bore PVC (SWR) (type B) as per IS: 13592, bends any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) (type B) as per IS: 13592,, junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, in striaght or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 100mm dia cast iron pipes with flanged ends, centrifugally cast, class A, in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80mm dia cast iron pipes with flanged ends, centrifugally cast, class A, in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for upto 150mm bore bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces, single branch 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm dia old serviceable / unserviceable steel tubing any grade and connections, cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item no 27 above but 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel tubing medium grade ,galvanized with all fitting such as bend ,elbow, socket,tees,and fixed complete to wall or in ceiling or in floors including cutting threading and making forged bends on pipes, MS hooks etc ,for 15mm bore pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 29 above but 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or decayed portion of concrete from ceiling, chajja, upward facia, downward facia in any position, any height (upto 2nd floor) and making good by, rendering 15mm thick with CM 1:4 or PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggtregate) as in ceiling or concrete surfaces such as chajja, upward facia, downward facia and similar work finished even and fair including dubbing coat without using extra cement upto, any height ( upto 2nd floor) including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block. Roman. Italic or Indian) to building with synthetic enamel paint 65mm long and 10mm wide in words and figures such as (PN-10,TN-27,T-123 & T-81/2 etc) over black synthetic enamel painted background of 150mm dia incl obliterating old writing of any description n exc 0.10 sqm with paint to match existing work complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Rate shall be quoted considering PN-10/TN-27/T-123/T-81/2 No as a unit.

M&L for stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc.

Note:- Schedule of credit of Rs. 8,950.00 will be deducted from total amount quoted while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
