Digging out and removing sunken filling and depositing the same outside MoD land.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in filling of sunken floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 10mm thick rendering on concrete/brick surface in CM 1:4 duly mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by the weight of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specofied and directed. Note: water proofing compound shall be mesured and paid seperately.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of NITOBOND SBR polymer modified coating to a thickness of 1mm, 1st Coat (Nitobond SBR Chemical 1 ltr, Water 2 Ltrs, Cement 3 Kg) Second Coat (Nitobond SBR Chemical 1 ltr, Cement 3 Kg) applied thoroughly without any traces of dirt or laitance as in sunken floors complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back of size 600 x 480mm excluding taps, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including CP waste coupling & brackets and fixed complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe),Plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down cement plaster on bricks/ concrete surfacses including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster.

M&L for rendering (10mm +5mm ) thick in two layer,cement plaster on wall in CM (1:4) finished fair and even with water proofing compound @ 2% by the weight of cementand all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid separately

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on wall in CM (1:6) finished fair and even and all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on ceiling in CM (1:3) rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for applying three coats of white washing on new plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces.

M & L for two coat of distemper oil emultion over a coat of chalk whiting primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified.

Material & Labour Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work, including preparation of surfaces.(Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) first quality area of each tile exceeding 0.06 but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles with screed bed complete all as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles of size 450x300x7mm thick vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of the tiles laid on and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat including dismantling existing tiles along with a backing coat complete all as directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured rectified tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) first quality area of each tile exceeding 0.18 but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles with screed complete all as directed.

S & F in repair for 100mm stack clamps made out of 50mm x 5mm flat iron and 15mm dia round iron stays including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof .

S & F in repair for 75mm stack clamps made out of 50mm x 5mm flat iron and 15mm dia round iron stays including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof .

M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered surface of walls cornics etc and apply one coat of white washing and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.35 above item but on ceiling

M & L preparation of old decorated cement base paint surfaces of walls by washing rubbing down etc and applying one coat of cement base paint and all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant cement primer after preparation of surfaces on old decorated surfaces of walls including removal of existing treatment and all as specifed and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint and all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint and all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment, external plastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm.

Complete removal of trees/plants, including roots growth on bldg's roofs, chajjas, at junctions of pipe line fixed on walls and walls coming on bldgs and removing the material to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as directed

Repairs to leakage from CI pipes line joints of 75/100 mm dia by using eye pieces , rubber seal , cement including removal of loose material etc in the leakage portion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 50mm dia GI pipe heavy class spouts pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying of CPVC Pipes 16mm dia & fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete with all fiitings including dismatling of existing pipes all as specified and as directed byEngineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes 20mm outer dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs 10 ltrs capacity PVC flushing cistern high/low level with inlet, ball valve, float, handle including fitting and fixtures and taking down the old damaged cisterns and providing connections to WC and flush pipe without any damage to the existing fittings complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm dia bib tap, short body, standard of PTMT, any colour, high pressure, screwed for iron pipe (minimum weight 105gms) complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm dia Angle stop valve of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed, (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms) complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm dia pillar tap fancy type standard of PTMT, any colour, high pressure, screwed for iron pipe (minimum weight 120gms) complete all as directed.
