SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [B/R WORKS]

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished smooth even without usig extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliton brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins , arches , pillars etc and removing the debries to a distance 5km away from the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 m mean radius built in CM (1:6) for exceeding half brick walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat fo oil bound distemper on walls over one coat of chalk white complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on existing wall surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls over one coat of chalk white, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames n exc 1.5 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing away from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing away from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing)and removing the debries to a distance 5km away from the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick area of each tiles exc. 0.18 sqm, not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortor (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 1.10 above but wall / skirting including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation board / slabs of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605 mm using main and cross tee of size 15mm x 15mm 1.5mm ( weight not less than 0.12 kg / Rm) and wall angle of size 40mm x 25mm x 2mm (weight not less than 0.36 kg / Rm) and perporated particle board for insulation and accoustic purpose 60cm x 60 mm in size fixed withn screws to the aluminium frame work in ceiling with screws to aluminum frame work in ceilings with hanger 6mm dia GI (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceilng cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete, including disamntling existing ceiling boards any thickness including cover fillets and removing away from dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium door shutter with chowkats made out of hollow aluminium sections as mentioned below, each shutter having 2 Nos. ‘D’ type aluminium handles of 200 mm long, 2 Nos. aluminium tower bolts of 200 mm long and 1 No. mortice lock of 6 lever with key in duplicate, regulated by double action hydraulic floor door spring, shutter partly glazed with 5.5 mm thick sheet glass and partly paneled with 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board fixed with glazing clips, rubber beadings and aluminium beading complete all as specified and directed :- Chowkat size : 101.60 x 44.45 x 2.40 mm (1.608 Kg./RM appx.) Shutter Top rail : 114.30 x 2.15 mm thick (1.836 Kg./RM appx.) Bottom rail : 150.00 x 2.20 mm thick (2.376 Kg./RM appx.) Middle rail : 83.50 x 1.70 mm thick (1.243 Kg./RM appx.) Vertical rail : 85.00 x 1.80 mm thick (1.302 Kg./RM appx.)

Material & labour for Partition walls with panels of 1.44 sqm (appx.) made out of aluminum anodised hollow sections 63.50 x 38.10 x 1.95mm thick ,snap fit beading, rubber gasket ,5mm thick sheet glass and 12mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing light grey lamination including dismantling the damaged partition complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix anodized aluminium standard sections of weight not less than 0.55 Kg per Meter as in sliding window with two / three tracks with 5.5 mm thick plain glass with rubber beading, aluminium beading, clips etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium decorative grill of any and shape not less than 2.70 Kg./Sq.m complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 35 mm thick plain framed panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneerig on both faces. The size of rail and style as per IS: 1003 (part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of New or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of Pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100 mm long aluminium medium weight Butt hinges complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 150 mm long Extruded Aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 200 mm long Aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs aluminium door closer hydraulically regulated designation No. 3 universal type, suitable for door shutter of 851 to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 300 mm long aluminium alloy anodized sliding door bolt with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts or cast aluminium alloy and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos (corrugated, semi corrugated etc.,) sheets, in roof covering, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrogated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof overing/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing of embuzing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) size upto10mm width and upto 125mm height, pre or post of granite fixed and including approved colour shed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block type C1 (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded aggregate set in CM 1:6 masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm width and setting in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete or brick surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying mozaic texture finish granite flex finish including epoxy shining coat over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II [ELECTRICAL WORKS]

Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc., removing materials to store for keep in or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately ) and making good disturbe surfaces of walls, floors etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old UNSV DB's and main switches along with MCB's and MCCB's complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring surface type in non-metallic FRLS ISI PVC conduit medium grade with 1.5 sq mm size multi stranded fire retardant PVC sheathed FRLS copper conductor cable and PVC insulated FRLS cable of size 1.5 sq mm as earth continuity conductor including clamps, screws gutter / plug etc., with and including sheet steel terrminal board with bakelite 3 mm thick sheet for one light point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way.

All as per item No. 2.03 above but one fan point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way

All as per item No. 2.03 above but one 3/5 pin 5 Amp switch socket outlet on independent board.
