Setting of flood control office at GMCBL Office for day to day flood monitoring, arrangement of machineries and labour at Sector 29 for smooth functioning of storm water system of Gurugram and all other works contingent thereto

Appd Item Machinery Rental charges excluding POL for One month Providing of trolley mounted with shifting vehicle moveable diesel pump set on vehicle fitted with flexible delivery pipe of minimum 10 Mtr length with driver and other labour required for pumping out the rain water from water logging area anywhere in Gurugram town as required round the clock. (i) 4 Nos 10 H.P.x 800 LPM x 12m head

(ii) 4 Nos 20 H.P x 1700LPMx12m head.

Providing JCB machine with operator, diesel and other items required during flood season for day to day work during rainy season as per requirement of Engineer-In-Charge (shift of 8 hours per day).

Providing tractor mounted pump set with sewer suction with tanker capacity of 8000litres/Burma mounted required during rainy season including driver and diesel etc. (shift of 8 hours per day) as per requirement of Engineer-In-Charge.

Labour charges for One month Providing 10 Nos labour/sewer man for day to day work required during flood season for removing of blockage, removal for floating material and desilting of surface drain (3 shift per day)

Supervisor (1 No Each Shift)

Providing Gunny Bags filled with jamna sand to be used at the required site as per situation and direction given by Engineer-In-Charge anywhere in Gurugram town under GMDA area.

Safety equipments & other consumable material per month Cost of safety equipments like Gum Boots, Safety belt, Rassa, Mask, Oxygen Cylinder, torch etc and all other accessories required during rain for all the staff employed by the agency. employed

Provision of diesel to be consumed during 3 months of flood for all the machineries to be required for which payment will be made as per actual basis on production of original bills by the contractor / firm (L.S.)
