Sinking of 128x80mm Deep Tube well by Odex-115 method: Drilling borehole by Rig machine with Odex-115 (Simultaneous driving of casing pipe) method of drilling through any kind of soil, boulder, rock etc upto the desired depth by making all necessary arrangement. a) G.L. To 50 Mtr.

b) 50 Mtr. To 100 Mtrs.

Lowering and placing of filter assembly of 3 mtr length.

Exration and partening off the cassing pipe upto the required length to open the filter (approx 3 mtr length).

Supply of the following materials for the tube well:- a) 128 mm ID/139 mm OD MSERW fin cut pipe

b) 80 mm dia x 3 Mtr long HDPE/Other suitable filter.

c) Casing Shoe.

d) Packer assembly.

Supply and Installation of 2 HP Submerssible pump motor set

supply of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable with Electrolytic Grade Annealed Copper conductor having 3 core 4 sqmm flate for Submersible pump motors voltage up to and including 1100V as per IS: 694:1990.

Supply, fitting, fixing 50 mm dia G.I. Pipe (ISI-M) column pipe for submersible pump lowering having 3-mtr average length including special threading in Leathe and S & F one Tata GI socket.

Supply and fixing 4" dia Pressure Gauge including nipple, valve etc with other jointing materials.

Making of brick piller of suitable size with neat cement plastering for supporting lead/plumbing line as per instruction of EIC.

S & F of 50 mm dia Non-return valve (horizontal) with jointing materials .

S & F of G.M. Peets valve including all necessary jointing materials (ISI approved) for the following size: 50 mm dia.

S&F 50 mm dia check valve bwith flanged as required

S & F suitable size of M.S. Flat clamp for holding the column pipe, pump motor in the tube well with necessary nuts, bolts, washer as per direction of EIC.

S & F of well cover suitable for tube well.

S & F 20 mm dia G.I. Pipe (Jindal-M) for protection of cable.

supply ,installation ,testing & commissioning of three phase 415 V 50 HZ ,2HP submersible pump controller.

Supply & laying 50 mm dia GI pipe (Class-B) medium mainly U/G trench with all jointing materials as per direction of EIC.

S & F of G.I. Accessories ISI approved with all jointing materials: a) 50 mm dia Bend.

b) 50 mm dia Elbow.

c) 50 mm dia Nipple.

d) 50 mm dia Union.

e) 50 mm dia Socket .

f) 50 mm dia Elbow, Union, Nipple, Socket etc for suction line connection.

Making connection of delivery pipe line to O.H. Tank with existing line with jum nut, nipple, washer etc. Including all jointing materials.

Collecting the sample of water for chemical & bactoriogical test and submission of Test Report with original certificate from authorised organisation.

Supply, fabrication & installation of header assembly made of 150 mm dia 1.2 meter long black MS pipe having both sides sealed by welding provision for with MS sheet for 1 No. 50 mm dia inlet & 4 nos 50 mm dia outlet to be fixed on 50 & 40 mm short pieces welded with 150 mm header including 4 nos gun metal wheel wash out line with provision for pressure gauge and 1/2'' Fullway valve,nipple and presure gauge to be fixed on Header with all supporting arrangement & painting etc as per direction of EIC.

Supply and installation of water treatment unit for removal of iron of 10000 Ltr/Hr. Capacity having 1no. 36x72 T/B vessel and 1 no. 18x65 T/B vessel with all other accessories.
