RBR-SBBS-1 A III: Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material / Close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN / Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 MORD / MORTH. For Grading VI Material

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type caluse 1501.2.2. M30 grade coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.20cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (Steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as oer drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer sealant, dowel bar, near approaches to bridge / culvert and contruction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1501. VDF: Vaccum drying of freshly laid cement concrete floor using 100% air tight suction mat of suitable size and length, vaccum pump to maintain vaccam pressure 0.7-0.8 atmospheres as per the standard procedure floating with powere floater, mechanical trawelling finishing with sound edges and corners including hire and operational charges of machinery, labour, fuel etc complete for finihsed item of the work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

Collection ,Supply and filling of Gravel for shoulders from approved quarry to work site and stacking at work site to Dept. gauge for premeasurements including cost and convenyance of all material and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications. Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH

Manufacture supply delivery and fixing of MS gate of size 5x2.1m including cost and conveyance of hold pasts, all drops, all material and labour charges for fabrication and fixing for finished item of work.
