Supply, Instalation & Commissing Galvanized High Mast Light 15.00 Metre Hiight suitable for 8 Lantern Symmetrically fitted alongwith their Control Gear and having Two Point Suspension System with Stainless Steel Wire rope of 6.00mm dia 97/19 Guage Drum Winch with Luminaire mounting Arm, Pully Assembly, Aviation Obstruction Light, Lightning Arrester Spike including RCC Foundation as per Heght, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Cost of RCC foundation (as per manufacture's Design) including necessary Earthworks and all materials & Labour involved, testing charges will deem to be include in the Quaoted unit Rate. (b) Cost of LED light fittings will be measured and paid sepaaratly under appropriate item.

Supply instaliation, testing and commissioning of factory made LT feeder pillar box Outdoor type platform mounted of size 600x500x450mm suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4wire system 50Hz supply having aluminium bus bar 300Amps for phases and neutal install on porcelain / epoxy insulator. The panel shall be dust proof vermin proof (IP54) and painted with two coats of syntheitc enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and made out of 3.15mm CRCA sheet self mounted type and 50x50x6mm angle iron frame front and rear opening with double shutter and locking arrangement with 50 mm lock make Navtal/Harrison and including grouting of panel with necessary PCC work including taking down exicting panel complete all as specified. The scope of work includes the following accessories :- Incoming : (i) MCCB 4 pole 16 KA, 415 Volts, 3 Phase 63 Amps - 01 Nos. (ii) Digital Muilti function meter showing :- Volt meter 0 to 500 Volts, Amp meter 0 to 200 Amps - 01 Nos. (iii) Indiacting lamp LED type one set in incoming phases.-01 Nos. (iv) Internal wiring with PVC insulated copper conductor multi stranded cable 1100 Volts grade IS 694 marked of appropriate gauge including all copper lugs. (v) Connection from MCCB to Busbar shall be solid Aluminium conductor. (vi) MCCB shall be provided with suitable spreader of aluminium conductor for fixing of incoming cable. Outgoing : (i) MCCB 4 pole 16 KA, 415 volts, 3 phase 40 Amps - 02 Nos. (ii) MCB SPN, 240V, 10KA, 32 Amps - 04 Nos. (iii) Astronomical time switch with TP power contactor, 16A rated with coil voltage 230V, AC - 01 Set.

S & F LED flood light luminaries 120 watt 230 V AC out door type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Supply & spreading in trenches sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 4 core, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 16 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for auguring under road, pavement, hard standing, railway lines by trenchless technology using latest boring technique and necessary machine for insertion of GI pipe of 50 mm and 80 mm nominal bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches 40 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
