Demolition of sunken slab floor of WC and Bath including WC trap etc and providing Water proofing treatment of sunken slab in following sequence complete :- (a) 15 mm thick rendering on vertical sides of RCC slab in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing chemical PIDIPROFF LW of Dr. Pidilite or equivalent approved as per manufacturer instructions. (b) Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing and watering and remove all surface imperfections .(c) Fixing 40 mm dia PVC Pipe 450 mm long at bottom of the sunken and Wraping of bathseal tape on the pipes inserted through walls to floor area and seal it. (Bath seal tape product of Dr. Pidilite or equivalent approved and grouting around the inserted pipes by porable Dr. Pidilite bathseal or equivalent approved grout as directed.(d) Make angle fillets by mixing cement sand and Dr. Fixit pidicrete URP or equivalent approved on all corners.(e) Brushing neat cement slurry 02 coats with high performance cementiteous polymer water proofing coating of Dr. Fixit bathseal or equivalent approved WPC for thickness of 01 mm in combination of WPC and cement (1:1.5) by voume and upto height 15 cm from bootom slab and allow it dry completely. (f) providing PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC of Dr Fixit as per manufacturer instruction in sunken slab over brickbat. (g) Filling the sanitary gaps with Dr. Fixit (pidite) or equivalent sealing compound complete. Note : Area of sunken floor not exc 6.00 Sqm each.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type BO (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) for roof ,kerbs or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on eds etc including mixing of admixture fosroc SP 430 of M/S Fosroc chemical @ 250ml per 50kg of cement over existing roof and in padding concrete to maintain required slope and including WPC complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for screed bed layer 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces of roof, mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including WPC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible and approachable roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer including taking down of existing roof treatment, properly cleaning & drying the concrete surfaces complete (i) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm (ii) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/ Sqm incl cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Supply and Application of 5 Layer Solar IR Heat Reflective Waterproofing Coating System on leaking concrete surface by thorough surface preparation to remove dust, dirt, molds etc using steel wire brush/power brush, high pressure water jet as applicable, opening the cracks, and then applying the entire surface with one absorption coat of nano modified, UV resistant non-styrene elastomeric clear coating having min. 50% solids (i.e. Thermacool WP51) then filling the cracks with waterproofing putty and then overcoating with a sandwich waterproofing Coat of Thermacool WP51 + Cement mixture having non-woven fibre mesh of min. 80 GSM followed by an additional elastomeric waterproofing coat (i.e. Thermacool WP51 + cement) having +450% Elongation, Tensile Strength min. 2.2 MPa and then top-coating with 2 Coats of pure acrylic based, UV resistant, non-yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti-fungal, anti-bacterial) Solar IR Heat Reflective coating conforming to BIS STD IS 17218:2019 (i.e. Thermacool 0.3C) with pull off adhesion 2.8 Mpa, passes 2000 hrs accelerated durability test, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, matt, surface coverage 3.25 SQM/Ltr/2 coat, dft 100 - 120 microns using brush, roller, airless as applicable or equivalent make or guidelines of similar product mentioned below. The application to be done by manufacturer approved applicators only”.
