Demolition of Stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling wrought iron work or mild steel of any description not otherwise provided for all as directed.
Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil all as specified and directed.
Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.
Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter finished rough surfaces all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and Fix Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2.00 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing, straining and fixing to any standard rails and straining bolts incl securing or typing at crossing with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wire stapples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each line wire to be measured
Material and labour for broken glass coping on top of walls with cement mortar 1:3 compete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 610mm dia 10m openable length(total length 90m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, spring core wire (2.5 mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre and fixing the same with existing Y-shaped angle iron placed 2 or 3m apart, stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal, including necessary boils, all as specified and as directed. Note: Angle sections shall be measured and paid seperately)
