Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose / soft soil and getting out for under ground cable/Pipe lines / erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material to the distance n, exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for mass filling in stay pits and pole foundation all as specified.

S & F in replacement of old unsv Power contactors 4 pole 40 Amps with 2NO+2NC where directed and making necessary electrical connections complete all as specified and direced. Make : Schneider/Havells/ABB

S&F in replacement of panel inbuilt star delta starter assembly complete suitable for 30/35HP submersible pumping set fixed in LT control panel of pump house including replacement of existing unsv panel wirings and accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/Schneider/ABB

S&F in replacement of water level indicator panel complete set showing stepwise indication of level of water with sensor suitable for 75000 Gallon over head reservoir and making electrical connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of damaged/unsv water level sensor with controller unit not less than 10 mtr of make as approved by GE provided where directed and tested in presence and to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rewinding of burnt submersible pumping set of capacity 25/30HP capacity with the existing gauge of copper winding wire with same insulation including replacement of bearings complete all as per standard norms and testing upto the satisfaction of Engr in-charge. Note. Contractor shall give Guarantee certificate for one year from the date of installation of motor.

Taking out old unserviceable GI tubing with all fittings from trenches, walls, floors etc of following sizes all as directed :- (Note : Excavation & earth work will be measured & paid seperately under respective item ). (a) 80 mm dia bore pipe

Material & Labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal size 1200mm x 1200mm x 1200mm with the following specifications (i) Excavation and Earth work (ii) 200 mm thick cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 as in base and foundation having 150 mm off sets on all sides (iii) one brick thick wall using sub class ‘B’ brick in cement mortar 1:6 (iv) 15 mm thick rendering on internal and external surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 (v) 50mm thick RCC cover (in two equal parts in cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) with 10mm dia deformed bars at 10 cm interval on both side including necessary form work and providing 150mm dia hole in the center of cover (vi) Applying three coats of wite wash on internal and external surface (vii) Returning filling and removing the surplus soil to a distance n,exd 50 mm and depoisted where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of old unsv water meter of standard size including all accessories and making hole of suitable size at distribution line at pump house head for monitoring of total pumping of water per day complete all as speciied and directed,

S&Fin replacement of old unsv CI sluice valve with flanged ends of size 150 mm dia/bore pipe complete with gun metal or stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel including rubber / fiber board gasket,nuts, washer etc including taking down old/ unservicable Sluice valve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. S&F in replacement of old unsv lead acid ''Genpower Genset'' battery with DG Set at various location of capacity 12 volt DC 180 AH including replacement of battery terminals complete all as specified and directed. Make : Cummins/Exide/microteck. Note : The battery shall have the warranty of 36 months. This certificate shall obtain by the contractor from that company and will be submitted to the department without any extra cost.

M & L for complete servicing of air compressor installed at AGE B/R Office Car Shed including replacement of compressor oil and grease and allied required accessories as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of air compressor dial guage of existing size and capacity and fixing on wall including extension of air compressor pipe upto required length as directed by Engr-in-Charge and testing complete all as directed at site.

M & L for complete servicing of water compressor installed at pump house near AGE E/M Office including replacement of damaged gascuts and greasing work etc and testing upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of unsv/damaged water pressure pipe (first quality) not less than 15 mtr length and fixed with water washing gun made of brass and testing etc upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge
