SH-I: PROJECT WORK

Design, engineering, fabrication, assembly at shop, inspection, shop painting (primer + finish coat), testing at manufacturer's work, packing, supply, storage & assembly at work site, installation, testing, site painting, pre-commissioning, commissioning of following Electric Traction Type fully automatic machine room less (MRL) Passenger elevator microprocessor based with AC variable voltage & variable frequency drive unit suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply, automatic central opening type Framed (SS hairline finish) power operated Sliding Door -Stainless Steel Hairline Finish car & landing doors of width 1000 mm, SS constructed full car enclosure with hairline finish, polished granite car flooring, SS (hairline finish) car ceiling, operating panel with luminous buttons, overload warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell, emergency light, intercom suitable for hook up with EPBAX system, infrared full height curtain electronic door detection system, fire man's switch with hammer at main landing floors, digital car positions indicator in car & at all floors with UP/Down direction, LED car lighting & LED emergency lighting with battery & battery charger, ventilation fan/ blower, main beam in shaft for machine, pit ladder, pit buffer etc., complete with all accessories serving different floors in the lift shaft along with Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) complete with maintenance free batteries as required including supply of all commissioning spares, special tools and tackles, test weights, erection material, first fill of oils, lubricants, consumables etc., training to client's personel at site, drawings and documentation as per the enclosed scope of work, job specifications and other codes & standards attached or referred.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Supply and Laying of 1.1 KV grade of following size of armoured Aluminium conductor PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed cable as per IS 1551(Part I) 1988/IS-7098 (Part I) 1985 respectively with up to date amendments .

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of Bulk head fitting with 10 Watts LED Lamp

SH-II: CMC- COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT.

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 1 no 8 passengers Elevators complete (as Schedule of Quantities at Sl. No.1 of SH-I) including all spares consumables required for trouble shooting routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendations of the manufacturer and instructions of Engineer-in-charge for maintaining the system(s) in acceptable functional, operational and serviceable state.
