MODEL ESTIMATE FOR ONE RWH

Earthwork excavation by manual means in foundation exceeding 1.5m in width taking out the excavated hard soil with 1.5m lift and 10m lead as per MNREGA

Cement concrete with 40mm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand & cement in proportion 1:3:6 including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Frist class brick work in 1:4cement and fine sand or 1.25 FM mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12mm thick cemnt plaster in 1:4 mortar (1 cment :4 coarse sand) in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plasterng upto floortwo level including internal rouded angle chamfers and/ or rounded angle not exceeding 80 mm in grith and finfshed even and smooth. No extra for mission any additive

RCC work with cement, approved coarse sand and 20 mm gauge approved granite grit in the proportion of 1:2:4 in lintel of door & window excluding supply of reinforcement but including its fixing and binding, necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work precast slab.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and overlaping and hokks.
