Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (A) 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. (A) One coat.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (A) With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Credit to unservisiable Floor spring.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (A) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : (A) For fixed portion (i) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. (a) Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg., for doors, including cost of cutting floors ,embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness.

Cleaning the aluminium partition,False Ceiling and false flooring with soap water/colin and finally cleaning with dry cloth all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Dismantaling Aluminium partition i/c dismembaring of aluminium sectioon ,Glazing , Board ,Glass etc and stacking the material within 50 meter lead all complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Fixing the Aluminium partition with available departmental material like Aluminium section glazing ,glass, board , cleat etc all complete as per direction of E.IN.C(Note:- If additional new material required will be paid in seperate items.)

Provision of opening of size 450 x 150 mm in False Floor Tiles by cutting the tile(50 mm thick) including Providing & Laying Stainless Steel Jali(size 450 x 150 mm) of approved quality,supported on aluminium angle 40 x 25 mm,100 mm long( 04 Numbers),fixed in cutted portion all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Making set right of existing false flooring i/c refixing of shaky jacks by using adhesive/rawl plug etc. including making alignment of channels/stingers etc. ,replenish the false floor tiles in case of missing or reshaping of existing tiles including fixing of aluminium cleat angles, if required.Floor tiles/jacks/stingers will be issued by the BSNL but reshaping is to be carried out as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Rates shall include the cost of materials like screws,nails,adhesive,rawl plugs,aluminium cleat angles which shall be arranged by the agency,nothing extra on this accopunt will be given by the BSNL.Levelled raised.floor surface(Up to admissible norms) will be checked by the Engineer-In-Charge.
