P/L in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, all work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) using crushed agg. Including all carriages up to site of work complete.

P/F of structural steel in built up section in Truss I, Rafter, Column made up of ISI mark as per ISI as per IS-4923-1968 with manufacturers test certificate for raw material and structural properties including cutting, welding, hoisting and fixing in position and all carriage upto site of work, complete job.

P/F Track deck Grill make or equivalent H.I rib profiled sheets 1000 to 1020mm cover width 28-35 mm high crests at 250 to 255mm T.C.T (total coated thickness) high tensile S.M.P Galvalume steel. The sheets shall have wide panes with 3 No stiffing ribs, effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on side Lapps for purlins support and anti capillary flute inside lapp.

P/F of vitrified floor tiles of size 60x60 cm with water absorption less than 0.08% & confirming to IS:15622 of approved make &colour laid on 20mm thick cement motor including grouting the joints with white cement & matching pigment complete job (60x60cm) Kajaria, Somany or equivalent.

P/F of 12mm thick commercial ply of approved brand in paneling & ceiling including cost of nails and all fitting, complete job.

P/F of 50x50 thick ornamental cornice of kail wood with necessary nails.

P/F of Khatamband in ceilings of approved pattern/design incl. cost of screws / nail & scaffolding charges & supporting frame work/all carriages of material up to site of work complete( first class Budloo wood ) including providing & applying two or more coat of French sprit polished complete in all respects.

P/F of garden benches made out of iron strips on back and seat of size 2-1/2” x 1-1/2” x 5 feet length including fixing of legs and all carriage up to site, complete job.
