Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8), Type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base of floors/hard standing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc or for shaft, well, cesspit, manhole, pier holes etc.n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4), Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork for fair finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage line of 200mm to 300mm dia by mechanical Jet, cleaning/Jet spray to be carried out in any number of times until the complete sewar network is cleaned & suction of sludge by super sucker machine. The sludge so collected will be handled carefully in closed container & taken out of defence land & disposed off as per norms of civil administration of Srinagar. Sewar lines to be washed with clean water after the cleaning by means of water bowsers at contractor's expenses complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Measurement of complete line will be taken including intermediate manholes. (ii) Rates for complete item deemed to be included in quoted rates.

The sludge so collected will be handled carefully in closed container & taken out of defence land & disposed off as per norms of civil administration of Srinagar. Drainage lines to be washed with clean water after the cleaning by means of water bowsers at contractor's expenses complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Measurement of complete line will be taken including intermediate manholes. (ii) Depth of liquid sludge in the septic tank will be determined and recorded before commencement of work by any Engg conventional method in the presence of Engr-in-charge and Contractor. (ii) Rates for complete item deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 1% and speed of correction 50 Volts per second and of capacity 50 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing, complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connecting to the galvanised iron earth strip of size 25x4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and earth strip protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate common salt and charcoal filling test point made out of 40x6mm flat iron with fixing arrangement funnel wire mesh and earth work in hard dense soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs all as shown in electrical plate No 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required size 25x3mm aluminium strip complete all as specified and directed.

S&F three phase On load Change over Switch with enclosure 160 Amps, 4 pole confirming to IS-13947 (Part 3) with door interlock kit complete all as specified and directed.
