Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete [reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition] of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface dressing n exc 15cm deep in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and gettiong out in Soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C2 Nominal mix (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F CRS grade TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over as reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for CRS grade TMT steel bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups spaces and binder cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Reinforced Cement Concrete M-30 Design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams etc., and mass concrete including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Reinforced Cement Concrete M-30 Design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bresummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Reinforced Cement Concrete M-30 Design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete including formwork all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Precast Concrete work block masonary built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in 10mm thick cement mortar 1:6 and backing coat of 5mm with cement mortar 1:6 on concrete or brick masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacurers instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound [ISI marked] of approved make.

M & L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance \exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material of soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Each line of wire to be measured be as single unit RM and payment will be made accordingly.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc yellow primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
