M&L for Non asbestos designer fibre cement building boards of size 595mmX595mmX4 mm thick, used as a panel insert including frame work made using GI T-section of size 25mmX25mm in square pattern of grid size 600mmX600mm. The GI frame work shall supported from the ceiling with the help of J Hook and 4 mm dia GI wire of required size to maintain the proper levels etc. The GI frame work is supported on side wall with the use of GI L section of size 25mmX25mm angle complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg of cement per Sqm over roof surfaces and sunken floor etc, providing 20mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule.
