Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to require slope and compacted by vibratory roller 8 - 10 Tonne to meet requirement of Table 300-2 as per MoRTH specification Vth revision Clause No. 305

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 : For Grading-V Material as per MoRTH Specification Vth revision

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, with bitumen emulsion as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 2.5 kg /10sqm. With a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MoRTH specification Vth revision Clause 503 & 112 (Including cleaning of bituminous road surface)

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregates as per table 500-8 and design mix for base/binder course including loading of material with front end loader, heating of binder (including cost of anti-stripping compound wherever required) aggregate and filler in hot mix plant 100-120 TPH transporting the mixed material by tippers and laying with sensor paver finisher as per clause 505.4.8 to the required level and grade rolling by self propelled power rollers and vibratory millers or pneumatic tyred roller 150-250 KN. TP = 0.7MPa to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) but excluding cost of primer/tack coat (MoRTH Specification Vth revision: Clause 503 & 112) Grading II (26.5 mm nominal size) - Bitumen @ 4.5% of mix VG 40 & thickness 50-75 mm with all lead of mix material

Providing and laying bituminous concrete as per design mix on prepared surface with specified graded stone as per table 500-17 for wearing course including loading of aggregate with front end loader and hot mixing of binder (including cost of anti-striping compound, wherever required) and 3% cement filler with aggregates in hot mix plant 100-120 TPH Trasporting the mix material with tipper and laying with sensor paver finisher ( as per clause 507.3.5) to the required level, grades and rolling with vibratory compactor and pneumatic tyred roller 15-250 KN=0.7 Mpa, to achieve the desired density (approved by department) excluding cost of primer/tack coat (MoRTH Soecification Vth revision:Clause-503 & 112) Grading-II (13.2 mm Nominal size)- Bitumen (VG-40) @ 5.4% of mix & thicness 30-40 mm with all lead of mix material

Thermoplastic pavement marking with hot applied thermoplastic materials for road markings with surface application of glass beads at specified rate complete as per drawing, Technical Specification Clause 803 and as directed by the Engineer. Thermoplastic marking with material conforming to Clause 803.4 of MoRTH having TiO2 (for white) minimum 10% and softening point 102.5 ±9.5°C (a) Lane, Centreline, Edge ,pedestrian crossing markings and other marking along strips for 2.5 mm thickness of marking(excluding drop on glass beads)

Milling of the existing bituminous surface using Milling Machine inclucive cleaning and broming with power broomer, air compressor & manpowerv complete traffic management, disposal of milled material as instructed by the engineer (upto 50 mm thick) including disposal and salvage of material
