A. RENOVATION OF APFC PANEL Dismantling of defective components like capacitors, relays, contactors, indication lights from APFC panel including dismantling of terminations, wirings, hardware, etc. as required at site

Supply of Super Heavy duty capacitors of various capacities, rated at 440V, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC complete with terminal cover and discharge device and suitable clamping arrangement to keep location of the capacitor units with gaps for necessary ventilation space for cooling of capacitors to ensure longer life -make standard

Banking of capacitor units to form banks of suitable capacity by electrical interconnection with multistrand copper wires/aluminum bus bars using necessary hardware , lugs, tapes etc. as required at site

Supply of microprocessor based APFC relay with digital display of power factor and other parameters for switching on & off required nos. of capacitors on receipt of signal from control CT in the main line-make Standard

Supply of TP contactors of 40 A rating, ML-3 for switching of capacitor units in place of defective contactors in APFC panel -make L&T/GE/Schneider/Epcos

Supply of TP contactors of 32 A rating mnx-32 for switching of capacitor units in place of defective contactors in APFC panels -make L&T/GE/Schneider/Epcos

Supply of 63 A TP MCB for protection of capacitor units in various stages in place of defective MCB - make L&T/GE/Schneider

Supply of 32 A TP MCB for protection of capacitor units in various stages in place of defective MCCB - make L&T/GE/Schneider

Supply of HRC fuse of 400A rating for replacement against blown off fuses in capacitor panel-make L&T/Schneider

Supply of Auto-manual switch for operation of capacitor panel in Auto or in Manual mode as per requirement- make FTC/Vaishno/Teknik

Supply of Indication lights of various colors in APFC panel to indicate status of capacitor bank in replacement of defective lights -make FTC

Servicing of APFC panels including complete dusting of panel, decarbonizing contacts of contactors and other electrical terminations, re-dressing of power & control wiring, proper crimping of lugs, tightening of all nuts & bolts and alignment of doors etc. as required at site

Installation and connection of various components as described above in APFC panel using necessary hardware, mounting arrangement and termination with multistrand copper wires, lugs and tapes etc. in their respective feeders duly arranged in proper sequence as required at site.

B. S.I.T.C. OF STATIC CAPACITOR BANK FOR TRANSFOMER Supply of sheet steel enclosure panel made out of 16 SWG sheet steel for housing 4 nos. capacitors (Total 40 kVAr), MCBs and indication lights for no-load compensation of transformers, complete with electrical interconnections, bus bars duly painted in Siemens Grey shade with anti-rusting coating to ensure rust free long life operation -make Standard

Supply of 50 mm sq., 3.5 core aluminum armored cable for connection of static capacitor bank

Installation of static capacitor bank including laying and termination of cables with brass compression gland and earthing of the panels with GI strip/wire etc. as required at site

C. TESTING & COMMISSIONING Testing & commissioning of APFC panels and static capacitor panels as per required parameters including following i. Continuity and earth test ii. Meggering of all equipment for phase to phase, Phase to neutral and phase to earth. iii. Setting of APFC relay for target power factor iv Monitoring of capacitor installation to achieve target power factor as per specified parameters
