M&L for General Servicing of DG sets upto 160 KVA , at run of 500 hours or 5 months which ever comes first (twice in Contract period based on condition ) comprising of Cleaning & greasing of the parts, Tappet setting as per standard, Fan belt, tensioner pulley and lever adjustments, Tightening of all the nuts, bolts and clamps, Testing & checking of AC & DC Wiring, Self & Charging Alternator cleaning and testing, checking of working & minor fault removal, Checking of Supply & return fuel pipes from fuel tank to engine, Checking of FIP timing by Fuel cut off method including Transportation, Labour charges & minor material required for servicing at site of make of DG Set - CG/Cummins/Mahindra etc. as reqd complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- (i) The cost of replaced spare parts will be paid and measure seperatly. (ii) If complaint is not attended by contractor with in five hours the penalty of Rs 500/- per hour to be imposed and amount of penalty will be deducted from RAR. (iii) The cost of transportation (to and from) for all kind of necessary equipment /T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at E/M Yard and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (iv) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically so contractor to specify the telephone/mobile No who will receive the complaint round the clock.
