(Note : stainless steel butt hinges and necessary s s screws shall be paid separately.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain coloured PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification and drawing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

(Note : All unserviceable parts to be replaced if required and new parts to be fixing and all are included in the quoted rate, no extra payment to be made to the contractor)

M&L for Vitrified tiles Light shade 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished , area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /Rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm in floors set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl screed bed 15 mm thick of CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down and refixing of GI door/ window joinery area exc 1 Sqm n exc 3 sqm after making serviceable including removing of rubber seal, hinges, beadings and fixing new aluminium/ rubber beading, hinges and replacing unserviceable part e.g. glass pane, floor door stopper, floor spring, door spring etc glass pane floor door stopper, door closure should be measured and paid for separately, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Prepration of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots removing nails making good holes cracks etc on plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Prepration of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots removing nails making good holes cracks etc on plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying Two or more coats coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new or old surfaces of wall as per new sigma pattern generated by station authority by using 4 to 5 colour shades as per approved pattern as per sample approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
