Cleaning the existing W.B.M. road surface including removing of binding material and other foreign matter with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment. As per clause no 502.4.2 and 503.3.1 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40 -60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 507.7 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, to achieve the desired compaction. - using grade II metal and bitumen 60/70 grade.

Cleaning of the existing black topped surfaces with brooms, soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment. As per clause no 503.3.1 of MOST specification.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 to 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 509 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade -II material. -Bitumen 60/70

Providing and laying unscreened gravel boulders to a consolidated thickness of 0.15 m for sub base course including stacking of the material to the departmental gauge on road side for pre measurement the volume of stacks calculated as per actual measurement shall be reduced by 15% for looseness in stacking to arrive at the net quantity. Providing and fixing 3M make reflective road studs of category 'A' raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate /ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100mm,15mm and 90mm respectively and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3mm (3M equivalent). The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methacrylate conforming ASTM D788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sqcm. The slope or retro-reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 1 of said MORT&H circular and two cylindrical polymer shanks not less than 20mm diameter and not less than 30mm length shall be provided for better anchorage with bituminous grout or epoxy mortar all as per the MORTH circular No.RW/NH.33023/10/97-DO.III dt.11.06.97.
