Transportation of available departmental material viz; (i) 95mmsq; 3.5 core PVC cable roll, 16mmSq: single core cable roll from WSS Takenwari, (ii) 40 KVA voltage stabilizer from WSS Kujar Gader (iii) Invertor cum battery and PVC Flexible conduit (03 rolls) of WSS Takenwari from Sub division Rural office. (iv) Submersible Pumping unit from WSS Panckerwari. (v) 10Sqmm single core cable roll and MUG – 30 Starter from WSS Augmentation Kimber. (vi) 63KVA H.T Transformer without T. Oil, MUG-50 FASD starter of WSS Ishber Nishat and 100mm dia. G.I Pipe of 20 rft length (05 No’s) from WSS Zakura – 1st. (viii) 80mm dia: G.I pipes of 10rft length (05 No’s) from WSS Satboni Gulbagh to WSS Ishber Nishat. The Job includes loading and unloading of material at site.

Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 sq: mtr on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50mtrs and lift upto 1.5mtr. in all kinds of soil, for removal of already laid 150mm dia: pipe.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) by manual means in trenches after removing the 150mm dia pipe. The job includes rough dressing of the soil.

Providing / fitting /fabrication of 100mm dia. G.I. pipe of 06 mtr length as per the job requirement to connect the 80mm Dia. column pipe with the already laid 125mm dia. Rising main at site. The job includes P/F of 100mm dia: G.I. bends (02 Nos) on delivery line, fabrication of 100mm dia. G.I. pipe solid base upto appropriate height to act as a supporting saddle to the delivery pipe line, P/F of 100mm dia. M.S flanges of appropriate thickness for 100mm dia. G.I. delivery line at required places, P/F of 100mm dia. rubber washers. The job includes cost of nuts & bolts, cost of welding electrodes, hire charges of electric arc welding machine /gas cutter as per job requirement at site. The tools, tackles, men and machinery, DG set etc. required for the job are to be arranged by the firm.

Providing and fitting of 100mm dia. butterfly value of reputed make and quality confirming to ISO standards, to be fitted on delivery line and washout line as per job requirement at site. The tools , tackles & labour are to be arranged by the firm.

Providing and fitting of 100mm dia. NRV of reputed make and quality confirming to ISO standards, to be fitted on delivery line as per job requirement at site. The tools , tackles & labour are to be arranged by the firm.

Providing and fitting of 100/80mm M.S. Clamp of appropriate length and thickness to be fitted for holding column pipes at top of well. The job includes necessary nuts & bolts as per job requirement at site. The tools , tackles & labour are to be arranged by the firm.

Lowering of the available departmental Submersible pumping unit after assembling the pump with motor along with available departmental flanged 80mm dia. column pipes (each length of 10rft) upto desired depth of aquifer zone in the cased tube well at site. The job includes connecting of available departmental submersible cable with the pumping unit. The job includes P/f of M.S. Socket / bend, P/F of 80mm dia. rubber washers to be placed between flanged joints of column pipes , P/F of assorted size Nuts & bolts as per job requirement at site. The tools , tackles & labour are to be arranged by the firm.

Fabrication/ installation of Over head Gantry, fabricated out of available G.I. pipes (each length of 20rft). The job includes P/F of necessary M.S. Flat iron bars/ISA of appropriate thickness and length to act as the support arms at two corners of gantry and column pipe holder arm at one end. Fabrication and fitting of M.S. ladder of 10rft to be fabricated out of 40 x40 x 5 mm ISA with sufficient number of steps to reach at the top of gantry, cutting and welding, excavation of pit hole by manual means, not less than 3 feet deep & 2 feet wide to fix the G.I pipe gantry at two ends at the place of erection as per site requirement. The flat iron cross bar must be welded at the bottom of the two column pipes of the fabricated G.I. gantry. The cement concrete in the ratio of 1 : 1.5 : 3 (Cement: Coarse sand: graded stone aggregate20mm nominal size)must be poured around the G.I pipe in the pit (3ft BGL and 2feet AGL). The tools, tackles, labour, cement, sand & stone aggregate are to be arranged by the firm at site.

Providing /fabricating and fitting of M.S cage fabricated out of ISA 40 x 40 x 5 mm around the casing pipe of the well to withstand the M.S. cover plate of appropriate size and thickness, fabricated in two halves with cutted portion in the middle to accommodate the column pipes of submersible pumping unit along with submersible cable. The tools, tackles, men and machinery required as per job requirement at site are to be arranged by the firm.

Draining out the T.Oil from the damaged 100 KVA HT transformer body in a separate container. Then dislocating the damaged 100 KVA HT transformer from ISMC base. Then opening of the lid and extracting the core by mechanical means and checking the 100KVA HT transformer at site. Then pouring of the drained out T.Oil into the available departmental 63 KVA HT transformer, topping it with fresh T.oil (30 ltrs). Then lifting the 63 KVA HT transformer with the help of specific mechanical means and installing it on the available ISMC base at site. Then connecting it with the main supply. The tools, tackles, men and machinery required as per job requirement at site are to be arranged by the firm.

Providing/fitting of following electrical allied items of reputed make & quality confirming to specific IS/IEC standards in place of damaged non- functional items on panel board:- 1. MCCB (DU250 Amp/36 kA/3pole) - 1 No 2. Change Over Switch (100Amp) - 1 No 3. Bus Bar (200 Amp;) - 1 No The job also includes fitting of the available departmental MUG - 30 starter & 40 KVA voltage stabilizer (available at site) and connecting of service line from the HT transformer to panel board.
