Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking up of 450mm dia RCC/ AC/ Salt glazed stone ware (SGSW) drain pipes set in cement mortar including PCC bed and haunching against side, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- Excavation work shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood in scantling wrought timber unframed and fixed, including dismantling the existing old damaged scantling, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built and set in cement mortar 1:6, including demolition of the existing old damaged B/W, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built and set in cement mortar 1:4, including demolition of the existing old damaged B/W, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering (Internally) 10mm thick in cement morter 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces, other side of lathing, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering (Externally) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 in two layers on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces, one side of lathing, 5mm thick top layer mixed with WPC as per Manufactures instruction, plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: WPC shall be Measured and Paid as ‘Supply only’ under relevant Item.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type-B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes, etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of existing old damaged RCC cover slab of any type, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

S&F of TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/ path/ hardstanding/plinth protection, etc. or similar works, laid in altenate bays including use and waste of form work and finishing concrete surfaces even and fair, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/ path/ hardstanding/plinth protection, etc. or similar works, laid in altenate bays including use and waste of form work and finishing concrete surfaces even and fair, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 40 mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/ path/ hardstanding/plinth protection, etc. or similar works, laid in altenate bays including use and waste of form work and finishing concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 38mm wide glass dividing strips, 3mm thick, inserted in position, conform to design, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Machine pressed precast coloured concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable paver block of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations spreading and levelling in layers not exc. 25 cm thick including watering and consolidation, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Vitrified Ceramic light shade matt finished parking tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Vitrified Ceramic light shade tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling existing old damaged tiles of any type, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling existing old damaged tiles of any type, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface (like skirting, dado, etc.) 300x 450x 7 mm thick, over 10mm thick cement screed 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including dismantling existing old damaged tiles of any type, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge., complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing rubber moulded PU finished Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 with grey cement and pigments to match, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete, in walls, kerb stones, etc., including dismantling the existing old unserviceable blocks of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated wooden Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with two coats of Creosote oil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of any shade over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of exposed powder coated GI snap grid frame work (600x600 mm) for false ceiling comprising of wall/cleat angle of size 25x25x0.35mm and cross tee of size 24x38x0.70mm with suspended hangers of 2 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to any type of roof with and including fixing/ laying/ inserting of pre-painted (white) 4mm thick designer classic E-boards (595x595 mm) to GI frame work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of solid PVC wall panneling consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specification, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roof, wall etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for fixing of 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roof, wall etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 6mm thick Asbestos cement serrated ridge for corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roof, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 0.50mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
