M&L in repairs (incl dismantling of old tiles) chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, laid in floors/path/ hardstanding/wall etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry with a mixture of white and grey cement with no pigments and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs granite ((incl dismantling of old slab of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) of 14-16 mm th as in steps,floor, jambs, pillars,walls, window-cills, cooking platforms and like laid over cement screed of 10mm th in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L glazed coloured ceramic tiles 600 x 300m x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls as dado etc set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over and including 10mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for light/dark shade endura vitrified tiles 9-10 mm thick, area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 including each as in floor/ path/ hardstanding incl dismantling all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs brick work with red burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m in radius but built in 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1 : 6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, un coursed or brought upto courses CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick/ Stone Walls or from Concrete Surfaces incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and removing unserviceable material outside premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two coats on stone/ brick/ concrete surfaces (external) finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc. 1st coat 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directe incuding necessary formwork required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or old plastered/unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or old plastered/unplastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of whitewash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC(1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel in drains including demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm

Demolition and breaking up 300/450 mm bore drain pipes, salt glazed stone ware set in cement mortar including PCC haunching and bedding, complete.

M&L for 300 mm bore reinforced concrete pipe, class NP2, laid and jointed (in CM 1:1) including PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in bedding to SGSW/NP2 drain pipes, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in charg complet all as specified

M&L Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils.

M&L Removing Excavated soils not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

All as per item 16 as above but 5 to 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacer etc complete all as specified

Dismantling post or post struts (wood steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good posts embedded in concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for fencing post complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing averge sectional area exc 100 and n exc 250 sq cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed rounded or mitered tops and including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel angle, flat work and other steel Sections as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new or previously untreated of steel and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide over 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair MS galvanised chain link fencing with exc 3mm dia wire of 75 x 75 mesh size any type standard fixed with angle iron post and MS flat complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.2 mm dia barbed wire with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing as directed by EIC.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 11 mm to 15 mm dia exceeing 5cm & n exc 10cm long with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc.complete all as specified.

M&L in repairs precast cement concrete jallies in PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5 graded agg), 35 mm thick (measured solid) set in CM 1:6 including all moulding etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated surfaces, of steel and iron work of any description not otherwise described not exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.
