Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (as in sunken portion also) and removing surplus spoil out of defence land where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in plinth protection and path finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement incl joints to be filled with bituminous mastic filling compund a mixture of 1 part of heated hot blown bitumen 85/25 penetration and three parts of heated sand all as specified.

Material and labour for cement concrete type E-2 1:5:10 (using 40mm graded brick aggregate ) as in sunken flooring complete all as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of SHALIMAR SUPERCRETE /NITOBOND water proofing coating on the entire surface of sunken portion complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement screed in CM 1:3 admixed with integred waterproofing compound FOSROC's complast X 421 IC @ 130ml per bag FOSROC's Nito bond AR cement slurry/STP No 1 liquid @ 200ml per bag of complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC (1:1.5:3) type A-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in sub floor ,sub base, concrete surface finished even & rough to receive topping floor/tiles finish/layer complete all as specified.

Roughening surface of old concrete floor or wall by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust including brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg/Sqm of cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid joint free ceramic coloured tiles of area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm and 7-8 mm thick in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with & incl screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in CM1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No. 11 but on vertical surfaces such as riser, skirting , dado etc over and including 10mm thick backing layer of cement mortar 1:4 rough finish surface to received tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick machine in cut kota stone slab in single piece size trader & landings of stair cases including bull nose edge,over and incl 15mm thick bedding layer CM 1:6 in roughening of old concrete floor surfaces by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust including brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg/sqm with pigments to match the shade of slab including cutting , rubbing and mirror/granite finish polished complete all as specified and directed and specified.

All as per item No 13.00 above but on vertical surfaces such as riser, skirting, dado etc over and incl 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 rough finish surface to receive tiles complete all as specified.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of tiles exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm of each tiles in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with & including screed bed or beading layer of 20mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured glazed tiles of size 450x300x7-8mm thick as in vertical surface i.e. skirting/dado set and jointing in neat cement slury and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface with & including rendering 10mm thick in cement morter 1:4 finished rough to fix tiles , complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old lime wash (if any), hacking for key, raking out joints of old brick work or stone work built in cement or cement lime mortar; not previously plastered; and scrubbing down with water etc. to receive plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over dia and cut to lenght bent to shape required incl cranking bending spirally for hooping for column hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. complete all as specified.

Material and labour for RCC (Nominal mix) type B-1, 1:2:4 ( used 20 mm graded stone agg) as in slab supported on wall, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified

Material and labour for 16/18 mm thick machine cut green udaipur stone jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour of stone incl cutting and polishing and making hole in stone and RCC shelves suitable for gas pipe, with round edges where required and incl 15 mm screed bed with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing surplus spoil out of Defence Land where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on internal surface of brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on external surface brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair squatting pan WC orissa pattern size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest with P or S trap incl provn of lime concrete bedding incl breaking up existing damaged WC seat and connecting flush pipe etc and make good to floor complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing, flushing cistern) incl seat cover and flushing pipe for pedestal pipe etc complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Hindware Orissa Pan Eco/ Cera (Calina S3010102) or equivalent as per Appendix B-1 of particular specification section-II.

Supply and fixing of CP coated brass JET including PVC connection fixed to EWC complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Prayag (Cat No. 4016)/ Hindware (Cat No. 20044)/ Cera (Cat No. S2040121) or equivalent as per Appendix B-1 of particular specification section-II.

Supply and fixing of UPVC pipes, single socketed in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, on brick walls 100 mm dia with stack clamps out of 50mmx 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays , incl bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall and roof complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of vitreous china wash hand basin , white, flat back 550x400mm including one number brass CP waste coupling ,32mm dia , PVC waste pipe with connector, brackets 2 nos incl cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets complete all as specified. Make:- Hindware (Cat No. 10008)/ Cera (Cat No. S2040121) or equivalent as per Appendix B-1 of particular specification section-II.

Supply and fixing of vitreous china wash hand basin, white, corner type including one number brass CP waste coupling, 32mm dia, PVC waste pipe with connector brackets 2 Nos including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets complete all as specified & directed. Make:- Hindware (Cat No. 10055) or equivalent as per Appendix B-1 of particular specification section-II.

Supply and fixing of Pillar tap ,brass with capston head , fancy type chromium plated , screwed down high pressure with or without lettered 'Hot' or cold with long screwed for 15mm bore iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified & directed. Make:- Hindware (Cat No. 7350) or equivalent as per Appendix B-1 of particular specification section-II.

Supply and fixing of PVC connection , reinforced 45cm long 15mm in size with brass check nut and PVC washers at both ends complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 15mm angle/stop valves, fancy type chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type) screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed at two right angles ends for both iron pipe or for unions and fixed in repairs complete all as specifed and directed. Make:- Prayag (Cat No. 7318/20) or equivalent as per Appendix B-1 of particular specification section-II.

Supply and fixing in repair sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1 mm thick kitchen with plugs, washers and waste coupling and waste pipe over all size 915 mm x 460 mm bowl size 410 mm x 330 x 160 mm including bedding in CM on dwarf wall or incl fitting contilever brackets and conection union to pipe. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Bib tap cast copper alloy , chromium plated suitable for 15mm bore iron pipe with long body fancy type complete fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Prayag (Cat No. 7309) or equivalent as per Appendix B-1 of particular specification section-II.

Supply and fixing of brass chromium plated shower rose of 125mm size, with or without swivel joints including fixing to steel pipe or union in repairs all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of brass chromium plated tubular towel rail 20 mm dia , D type 60 cm long between CP flanges complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of stainelss steel plate rack of superior quality size 900mm X 1200mm and not less than 8 kg complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 30mm thick factory made pre-laminated PVC Flush Cup board shutter consisting of panel of hollow section thickness consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm inserted inside the hollow section of stiles. top and bottom rails and two 19mm x 19mm MS tubes inserted horizontaly inside the hollow profile section at an equal distance from top and bottom of door and fixed with hallow profile section using 5mm thick PVC sheet using screws hollow PVC profile shall be lipped with 10 mm ( 5mmx 2) thick x 20mm width on stiles and rails using solvent cement . Material and labour for 3.00 mm thick plain figured glass, pin headed type and glazing with in oil putty in sqaure n exc .5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning the surface and made free of dirt, foreign particle, laitance followed by grinding all protrusion to make surface modulated. Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface caused by thermal expansion contraction. Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in V groove filled with repairs mortar/ micro-concrete general purpose grout as recommendation of manufacturer. Making of Gollas at all the corners with polymer modified mortar (1:4) cement sand with 3.5% acyclic of cement weight complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Application shall be done by a company authorised applicator. Make:- Asian paints/ STP/ Sikka.

Supply and applying high build elastomeric water proofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane cold applied of spray/ brush applied, membrane with an elongation of 280% and tensile strength of 2.7N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, min 88% solid content. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer 1:1 (Resin harder) application with 100% water dilution and pure polyurethane application in 2 coats with a total min consumption of 1.25 Kg per Sqm. Application should be done with Graco sprayer by a company authorised applicator. Make:- Asian paints/ STP/ Sikka.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, roof padding, roof kerbs or mud stops, coping etc rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc. and rubbish materials remove from site all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 91.00 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 500 ltr rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank double layer (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position incl dismantling of existing tank of any description complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of 20mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight-210gms.) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 20 mm stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas , roofs, facia etc. by necessary preparation i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, sufaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete type A-0 (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforced with welded mesh of weight exc 2kg per sqmtr but n.exc 3kg/sqm with or without facia and finished with cement sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand in patches are n.exc 70mm including applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces in at any height complete all as specified. Note:- Cost of formwork and welded mesh shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a priming coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatments by washing, rubbing down and stopping etc on wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified.
