Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking paint (retroreflective) of specified shade/colour etc. either continuous or broken lines over existing or new painting surface of cement or bituminous surface by using thermoplastic material "Brand :- Road king or equivalent brand approved Morth, IRTC including supply of paint material at the rate of 5Kg/Sqm & glass beads at the ratio 0.30 Kg/sqm (Reflective Index 1.5) by using semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material , labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foregin material etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and in accordance with applicable specification. Note:- Retro reflective paint shall be applied as per manufacturers instructions alongwith MORTH Technology and speciality complete.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and filling concrete for columns, fencing posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Stainless steel name sign boards made out of wide angle cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting TYPE XI retro reflective and fixed over 2mm thick aluminium sheet and back support frame of 25 x 25 x 3 mm angle frame supported by 380D stainless steel pipe and 760D pipe stainless steel vertical post grade 304 of size 1200 x 900mm (vertical post height 2.00 mtrs) including letters writing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair for Solar road reflective system housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy shell with built in stem suitable length for fixing with epoxy adhisive with high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel 3V/ 100Ma, one Ni-Mh or Ni-cd rechargeable battery & light sensor, well protected inside, under tough unbreakable poly carbonate in 8-10 hours with bearing capacity of 20 tonne fixed on asphaitic/ concrete roads confirming to IS complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- 3M or equivalent in Dark Eye/Greens or Greenite/ Ace/Trafitronics/Lion/Automat as approved by GE

Supply and fixing in repairs, MS pipe delineators, 80 cms above ground level, painted black and white alternatively in 15 cm wide strips, along with 80 mm x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflective panels protected with MS grills, fixed with suitable nuts / bolts or adhesive at the top as per manufacturers instruction, fixing in PCC (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded aggregates of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 450 mm including excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus soil, complete all as speficied and directed. Make:- 3M or equivalent in Dark Eye/Greens or Greenite/ Ace/Trafitronics/Lion/Automat as approved by GE

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep as in berms including removal, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 75 mm thick (spread thickness) moorum / red bajri, filling in roads, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to pot holes, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming , including supply of road metal/aggregates, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 @ 5 Kg /10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC), 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade bitumen, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using mechanical paver and rolled using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note : The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following element : (i) In case of variation in the binder content as per approved design mix in comparison with the binder content as specified above, the variation in qty of binder content on lesser side shall be adjusted through supply only rate of Bitumen VG-30.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor / paving not exceeding 15 cm thick below or above GL unreinforced complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8, 100 mm thick in sub base of floor finished even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 60mm thick made of M-35 grade cement any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tile 20CM x 20CM x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including cement mortar bedding 20mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ as in coping and weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced concrete in any position, manhole covers, drain covers, septic tank slabs etc & disposal of subbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing precast cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in drain cover slab, manhole cover slab etc set in CM 1:4 including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10m dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
