EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc.,including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. (Hard Soil )

Collection and supply of M sand and filling in to the basement including cost and conveyance to the siteand all labour charges for filling as per standard specifications

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete

RCC 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 83/4"x41/4"x21/4" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Rate for 10m3

Supplying and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of bending to shape and tying in position and forming grills for all R.C.C works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane etc., complete.

Floor finish with granolithic flooring in CC 1:2:4 mix using 10 to 12mm chips for 40mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labours etc., complete

Paving the floor with scratch proof ceramic tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 20mm thick. And pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per Sqm mixed with colouring pigment to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The ceramic tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution).

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The Glazed tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 20 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 20 cm X 20 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight.

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete
