Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and subsoils and to full depth as may be directed except in Hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers well rammed, consolidated, with in initial lead of 10 metres and initial lift of 2 metres and clearing, leveling the site etc. complete complying with standard specifications.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 30cm, thick, compacting etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and erecting, centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting up to 3.30 m.height for the following surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size.90cm.x 60cm and 10 B.G stiffened with mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm. spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centres complete complying with standard specifications. The payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid.) The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor. For Super structure

Cement concrete 1:3:6 using 40mm size hard broken granite stone jelly for flooring including well rammed, curing etc. including cost of materialls and labour charges etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items.
