Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for fly ash brick work old size brick sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in in CM (1:6) etc including demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified.

M & L for fly ash brickwork with sub class "B' old size brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick built in cement mortar 1:4 etc including demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fare face of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement or cement lime plaster including tiles if exists, from brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. including removing of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar in 1:4 on fare face of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smoothe without using extra cement & with using integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement incl taking down cement or cement lime plaster including tiles if exists, from brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. including removing of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seprately under respetive item as supply only.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, incl taking down cement or cement lime plaster including tiles if exists, from brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. including removing of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade over and including a coat of primer complete all as specicified.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer of approved shade/tint complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling & applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified.
