Materials and labour for 20mm thick granite slabs of any type (table rubbed and polished) on cooking platforms and like, set and jointed in net cement slurry and pointed in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite including necessary moulding at edges laid over and including 20mm thick cement mortor screed bed in cement mortor (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in floor laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6)and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

Supply and applying on concrete surfaces with single component, fibre reinforced, shrinkage compensated, polymer modified, structural grade repair mortar, 40 mm thick. The repair mortar should have compressive strength of 45 N/sqmm, flexture strength of 7 N/sqmm and tensile strength 2.5 N/sqmm at 28 days, curing the treated surface with polymer based curing agent having moisture retention :< 0.55 Kg/sqm as per ASTM C156. Drying time 3 hours at 23 degree complete as per manufacturer instructions.

Materials and labour for treatment for sunken portion of WCs/ Bath & toilet executed in following stages:- Stage 1 :- Demolition of concrete of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc including removing debris from site of work etc . Stage 2:- Providing upto 50mm thick concave coving with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturers instruction including providing 600mm long 40mm dia medium grade GI spout. Stage 3:- Providing 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per Manufacture's instructions complete. Stage 4:- Apply WPC with cement slurry at ratio 1:20 or in the proportion/quantity all as per Manufacture instructions. Stage 5:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry for 6 hours before next coats) all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 6:- Providing 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instruction over PCC 1:5:10 on remaining potion of sunken floor. (Note: Measurement shall be taken as floor area of sunken floor for payment.)

Removing of old unserviceable building materials /debris etc. to a distance exceeding 500m and upto 1.5 KM (beyond the lead included in the rates) including loading, unloading and stacking/depositing at the destination as directed complete all as specified and directed.
