Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300x450x6 to 7mm thick, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular ) polished area each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 above but dark shade vitrified ceramic tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15 above but half brick thick wall in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.
