M&L Draining out water from existing RCC overhead tank of capacity 50000 gallon at 70 ft staging by using labour&cutting the plants with root from out side wall and making good surface and taking out mud, sand and gravel from inside tank manually clean used steel brush removed the sediment ring materials accumulated at the bottom and wall , cleaning throughout the inside surface with bleaching powder and wash the same, write date of cleaning and capacity with synthetic enamel paint on external surface and write the date of cleaning including two coats of cement based paint maximum height 15 ft on old decorative surface of wall with complete removal of existing treatment and old painted CI/MS pipe (12", 10", 8", 6" & 4") & Sluice valve fixing of vertical or horizontal & steel stair case of any description 10 CM width or girth incl removal of scaled paint of old surfaces where ever required with two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour coating complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge. M&L Draining out existing water & cleaning of semi under ground tank capacity of 60,000 gallon by using of labour and taking out sand, stone, sludges from inside tank & scraping with steel bursh & removing the sedimented materials accumulated at bottom of the tank, cleaning throughout inside surface with bleaching powder and wash the same and write date of cleaning and tank capacity at sports ground pump house complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge. Location : Sport Ground

M & L Rendering 15mm thick on RCC, stone, masonry surfaces or fair face of brickwork in CM (1:3) finished even & smooth with WPC as per manufacturer instruction (without using extra cement) complete all etc necessary scaffolding as per site requirement. M & L Cleaning the existing concrete, mortar surfaces, free from loose adhering particles and applying two coat of Flexible Protective and Waterproofing of SikaTop® SeaI-107 in ratio 1:4 and 1st coat consumption 1-1.5 kg/m2 & 2 nd coat consumption 0.8 - 1 kg/m2 approx, all as per manufacturer instructions complete all etc necessary scaffolding as per site requirementas specified and directed by Engr - in-Charge.

M & L Cleaning of existing concrete, mortar surfaces, free from loose adhering particles and applying two coats of water based protective epoxy coating Sika guard 67 of consumption 0.20 - 0.25 kg/Sqm per coat approx, over a coat of primer of Sikaguard 67 diluted with water (20 % by weight) of consumption 0.15 - 0.20 kg/Sqm for holding drinking water, all as per manufacturer instructions complete as specified and directed by Engr - in-Charge.

M&L Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust all etc necessary scaffolding as per site requirement.

M&L Removing of honeybee hive (Approximately 35 to 50 Nos) situated at beams and bottom of overhead head tank by burning the honeycomb with k oil Mashal holding on bamboo handle during night time incl safety precautions such as safety belt and bee anti bite mask/cover at 70 ft staging RCC over head tank of capacity 1.0 lakh gallon in ORs Qtrs area, Demo Coy area with prior permission getting from Garrison Engineer.

M&L Replacement of gaskets of 150mm dia CI pipe flange type, including replacement nut bolts, pipe holding clamps 05 Nos with tank column, removing of trees at column of OH tank including necessary scaffolding at 1.0 Lakh Gallon RCC over head tank of 70 ft staging at Family Qtrs area etc complete all as dirceted by Engineer in Charge.

M&L MS 'C' class pipe flange type of 150mm dia including cuting, bending, welding to existing shape as per site requirement including nut, bolts, washers, gasket, connecting to existing pipe 300mm dia from borewell at Khiriyawaha including necessary cutting, making connection, fittings, lifting, lowering all etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
