REPAIRS TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT, LEAKAGE/SEEPAGE AND REPLACEMENT OF ROOF SHEET IN CERTAIN ACCN AT AFS AMLA

M&L for complete removal of scale, durt, fungas, algee or contaminations etc from PCC/RCC roof surface, chajja, parapert wall, cornices, walls, APP membrane or any other surfaces etc by wire brush, scrapper which is machancal or manually after removing complete cleaning with water by mechanical means water pressure and applying 10 mm thick SBR polymer modified plaster in Cement Morter 1:4 cement mixed polymer in ratio of 1 : 10 (1 part of polymer and 10 parts of cement) applying one coat of priming of epoxy primer with resin and hardner with water dillution as per manufacturer instruction, applying two coat of solvent based polyurethane liquid membrane not less than 500 micron thick UV stable having SRI value greater than equal to 105 with consumption of 0.61 Kg/Sqm (each coat) complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 1 :- (a) The work shall be carried out complete as per manufacturers specifications and application methodology.

(b) Execution shall be done with authorized trained/skilled applicator of manufacturer as per the technical guidelines laid by manufacturers. (c) Company bank Gurantee of 10 years shall be given by contractor after completion of water proofing treatement work before payment. (d) Ponding test of 72 hours shall be carried out by contractor to check any instances of leakage/seepage. The result of success full ponding test shall be certified by Engineer-in-Charge and user rep before payment. If any defacts will be observed the contractor is fully responsible and rectified immediately. No extra payment will be done for the same. (e) For waterproofing Visible Crack should be open & fill by paste of EP-15 + Filler/ cement and invisible /hair line. (f) Crack should be fill by filling compound by grouting with cheasel or otherwise. (g) Apply appoxy coated primer by use of painting brush or mop and take atleast 2 hours.

(h) After applying primer applied priming coat by use of painting brush or mop and take atleast of 24 hours for dry or manufacturers instructions. (j) Thickness of layer should be 2-3mm. (k) Contractor shall make own arrangement for climbing and working in any site not exceeding 10 mtr ht. (l) The contractor shall be liable to execute the work in rainy season without any objection, if any leakage occurs. All safety measures are to be followed by the contractor as per safety guidelines.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone or concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to receive plaster, including removing debris/rubbish materials off the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layer (10mm & 5 mm) fair faces of brick work or Concrete/brick work surface in two coats 10mm thick in CM(1:6) as under coat 5mm thick CM (1:4) as finishing coat in two separate layer mixed with liquid water proofing compound in finishing coat only with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per bag of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer as per manufacturer instructions including use of scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of R.C.C projections, chajjias, roofs, facia, columns, beams etc., in patches not exceeding 3 Sqm in each patch by necessary preparation, Scrapping, cutting, chiseling Dusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose R.C.C surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) and reinforced with welded mesh (If Reqd) with or without facia and finished with 15 mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:4) using coarse sand and thickness of R.C.C member n. exc 75mm including necessary form work at any height including dismantling of damaged concrete complete all as specified and directed (Note : welded mesh will be measured and paid separately.)

S&F Galvanised welded steel wire fabric cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed as extra reinforcements to RCC members like ceilings, chajja’s, beams, columns, parapet walls, waste slab etc., including all cutting and waste (wt not exc 4.00 kg/Sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, mixing & applying 15 to 20mm thick single component, ready to use, structural grade high build polymer modified mortar, composed of cement, properly selected & graded fillers, polymers additives with specially designed acrylic fibers, finished even and fair on prepared concrete surfaces of R.C.C projections, chajjias, roofs, facia, columns, beams etc., in patches and reinforced with welded mesh (If Reqd) including necessary preparation, Scrapping, cutting, chiseling dusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose R.C.C surfaces etc., and finished with 15 mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:4) using coarse sand complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dr Fixit polymer mortar HB of Pidilite / Fosroc Renderoc HB of Fosroc/ Sika quick 1000 of Sika/ Master Emaco N303 of BASF.

Material and labour Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, bed plates, benching and the like finished fair & even, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
