Collection of Field Maps and Revenue records: Towards the charges for collection of field maps, patta, chitta, land owners details, etc., pertaining to both sides of approved alignment as instructed by the Department Officers for survey numbers involved from the starting chainage to ending chainage of this project for the proposed alignment for formation of corridor. (Field work to collect details)

Conversion of Individual FMB into Auto CAD File: Identification of respective lands that are corridored by the Transmission Line by Transect Walking System aiding with GPS devices along the center line of the corridor. Preparation of rough alignment sketch by denoting the Survey Numbers of the land that pass through. Based on the sketch, conversion of indivdual FMB Sketch with Ladder measurements that are corridored by the Transmission Line to be done within the Tolerance Limit in AutoCAD. Tolerance Limit shall be applied as per the Survey of India's Guidelines.

Combining FMB Sketches and converting into KML File: As per prevailing practices/guidelines, width markings to be carried out on either side from mid-line for entire individual FMB Sketches that pass through the Transmission Line Corridor. Further, entire Individual FMB sketches to be combined for forming alignment Topo Drawing. Profiling of the combined FMB Sketches in the field by providing Control Points at every 2km interval using DGPS Instrument. With Reference to the Control Points, the entire Transmission Line Corridor to be compiled as KML File.

Conducting Topographical Surveying: Towards the charges for conducting topographical survey along the Transmission Line to ascertain a corrider width by using Total station (Detailed field survey), If necessary drone can be used with necessary permission if any, including taking of all existing features in the field. The base area of all the towers to be surveyed, Total land area of all the Land owners to be surveyed with the reference of survey stones. Cost of leads, lifts, conveyance, survey tools & plants, hire charges, all labour charges, head loads etc., to be accompanied by the contractor itself.

Sub-Division Work: Towards the charges for marking Transmission Line Corridor, Tower Base in the individual FMB sketches and combined FMB Sketches. Calculation of land areas of Tower base, Transmission Alignment along with Corridor Width and identification of land owners. Sub-division sketches to be formed based on the identified land areas.

Print: Individual FMB, Combined FMB Sketch, Patta, Sub-division FMB, Topo Map - 6 Sets Colour print.

Marking of Village Topo-map: Marking of corridor from the centre point of location to be marked in the village Topo-map by using AutoCAD software by using guidelines of the Survey of India.

Preparation and submission of documents for fixing land value: Preparation and submitting of 8 sets of documents required for arriving land compensation for all survey numbers in Tower locations / Transmission Corridor, including obtaining sales value from Registeration department for fixing the market value of lands for survey numbers and assisting the revenue officials at the collectorate land section as per the guidelines of the revenue department and as per the instruction of engineer in charge.

Fabrication, galvanisation and supply of standard MS towers part as per department approved drawing/design including stacking of tower parts, transporting of tower parts to site including all taxes and duties, fright charges etc, complete. The raw materials standard should be as per IS 2062 and for galvanishing as per IS 2633 and 6745 (Latest code), The governing standards for towers should be as per the specified IS codes directed by Depertmental engineer.(The contracter need to arange for inspection of towers at purachase factory at his own cost).
