"Carrying out survey any time for finding fault or defects in AMF panel and rectification of defects including checking microprocessor based AMF control panel and connecting programmed safety devices, including necessary rectifications to make DG set serviceable satisfactorily all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge Note:-Necessary tools and computerised software required is deemed to be included in the quoted rates."

M&L for the following Periodical Maintenance/Servicing complete B check of diesel Gen set installed at AFA for trouble free operation of generator sets and ensuring the serviceability , carrying out minor spares (if any/ settings required for operation of the set shall be carried out without any extra cost for the following capacity Model/ Make by carry out the inspection /work by an authorized service centre including within Two months from the date of commencement and once in every three months subsequently. Engine Maintenance (i) Changing the lubricant oil (ii) Checking the oil level in complete DG sets (iii) Checking of alternator, checking/changing fan belt if required (iv) Checking of circuits of various controls of engine (v) Draining the water separator bowels to remove water/sediments (vi) Checking and tightening of all external fasteners (vii) Checking and tightening of all lube and fuel/hose connections (viii)Changing of fuel filter, Lub oil filter and Air filter if required (ix) Arresting all water /lubricant/fuel leakages and top up (x) Checking of all engine parameters (xi) Checking of the electrical excitation system (xii) checking all the performance of AMF panel in all respect Note: (i) All repairs/periodical maintenance shall have to be carried out by the authorised service personnel (ii) M&L for spares, lubricant etc required for engine, alternator & AMF panel will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and fixing hose pipe of any size and dia with bengo washer in 15 to 625 KVA DG sets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Remove the radiator from the gen set drain out the coolant servicing, arresting leakages by welding/brazing etc, supply and replacing the u/s mounting rubber, clean the internal surfaces and de-scale by using cleaning agents and fixing back in position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following capacities:-
