Disconnecting and removing old jumpers, substation clamps and connectors of any description from 33 KV MRS switch yard at Jhansi Cantt and Material and labour for 33 KV jumpers using new ACSR conductor of code name DOG up to 3.0m (Three meters) length and connecting both ends with suitable type and size of 33 KV or above grade substation clamps and connectors such as PG Clamp, T Connector, C wedge connector, Bi-metallic transformer clamp, Compression Clamp, Isolator Clamp, Post Clamp, LA Clamp etc with stainless steel hardware complete as per site requirement and as directed. (Note: ACSR Conductor (Dog) up to 3.0 meters length and both end substation clamps and connectors shall be measured as each jumper)

Supply and fix in replacement of Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, colour of glaze brown, three disc in series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 33 Kilo Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 33 KV Post Insulator, porcelain, vitreous, brown insulator complete with GI fixing hardware and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, station class, discharge capacity 10 kilo amp suitable for 33 Kilo Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install HT 33KV outdoor, triple pole, Gang Operated Switch, Double Break, Rotating type, Horizontal mounting consisting of hot dip galvanized channel iron base, having 2 Nos. Post type Insulators in stack & 3 stacks per phase, copper alloy high pressure heavily tinned contact plated m.s.arcing horns capable of breaking the magnetizing current complete with down rod levers, couplings & operating handle with pad locking arrangements manufactured as per IS 9921of rating up to 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 33000 volts grade, expulsion type drop out fuse set mounted on insulators and steel frame of current rating up to 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning in replacement of XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape, cores laid up, PVC inner sheath, galvanized steel strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed electric power cables(heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volts grade(Earthed) cable confirming to IS 7098 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, distribution class of discharge capacity 10 kilo amp suitable for 11 Kilo Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, brown, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of ACSR conductor for HT/LT overhead line and proper stringing to required tension and sag including binding with new aluminium binding wire of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection in replacement of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 meters long) including painting of poles with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on embedded portion and Zebra marking on pole with black paint up to one meter height above PCC coping including pasting of radium reflector band / strips (Make: 3M or equivalent) of 5cm wide in Green (02 Nos) & White (01 No.) colour shall be provided at a height of 1.25mtr from coping of pole and writing the pole number in black colour on yellow background at a suitable place on the pole complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ).

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations of pole/ stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of HT 11 KV four pole structure and painting with aluminium paint on all steel surfaces such as poles, channels, angles, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers of any description and Zebra marking on pole with black paint up to one meter height above PCC coping complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 21 above but of two pole structure.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of HT 11 KV 11.0m long poles and painting with one coat of aluminium paint on all steel surfaces such as poles, channels, angles, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers of any description including replacement of old radium stickers of any description and numbering of pole shall be done in black colour on yellow background at suitable place on the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Stay assembly with 16mm dia stay rod and all accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Loop type insulator, stay clamps, stay wire, excavation and concrete measured separately)

Supply and fix in replacement of Galvanized stay strand, 7/3.15mm including proper tightening to required tension complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green Small size, with overall dimensions 65 x 90mm, clearance of hole 16mm complete all as specified and directed.

Calibration of IDMT relay by conducting primary injection / secondary injection tests, checking of current transformer, rectification of defects in control wiring, necessary adjustment/setting of plug and time multiplier settings of the relay for proper tripping of circuit breakers through CTs, relays and tripping coils complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The contractor shall arrange all necessary testing kits, testing equipments, tools etc and shall also prepare necessary test reports and submit to the department before claiming payment in RAR / FB. Hiring charges of testing kit and equipment is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Testing, tuning and setting of relay shall be carried out in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Non-directional IDMT Two Over Current and One Earth Fault relay suitable for 1 Amp or 5 Amp CT secondary for 11 KV system suitable for existing VCB panel complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Master Trip Relay suitable for 1 Amp or 5 Amp CT secondary for 11 KV system suitable for existing VCB panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Power Pack with 15 minutes backup suitable for 11 KV VCB complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing and overhauling of 33/11 KV Vacuum Circuit Breaker of any rating and any make by carefully drawing out the breaker from panel, degreasing and cleaning all moving parts, checking the condition of vacuum interrupters, male & female contacts, flexible connection, spring charging motor, gear assembly, tripping coil, timer, control wiring, operations of breaker both electrically and mechanically, inspecting all bolts, nuts, pins and collar pins etc and replacing the defective parts if any, applying grease to all moving parts, gears and trolley and petroleum jelly to male & female contacts and re-assembling, refixing and testing for smooth functioning of breaker complete all as specified and directed. Note: The spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply Only" and the labour part shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cables/ for erection of poles/ for stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 47 above but exc 1.5m depth and n.exc 3.0m

Supply and spread M-sand in trenches for cushioning of cable / in the yard of outdoor substations complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Punned down thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment)

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing road / hard standing up to 15 cm depth for laying of pipe lines and making good the disturbed surfaces by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) after laying of pipes lines and returning filling of soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work below road / hard standing will be measured and paid under relevant items.

Supplying and laying in replacement of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for cable protection in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 100mm dia bore tubes, 'light grade' galvanized, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connecting to GI strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth wire protected by 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to pole structure/ panel board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I(2009) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall also include for excavation, earth work in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bras @ 150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, protection pipe, earth strip up to 7.50m long complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part II

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface complete in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in replacement of posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets(for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm in width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Galvanized Steel Chain Link fencing of mesh size 50mm x 50mm and dia of wire 4.00mm with and including line wires fixed to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil in the transformer yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread graded coarse aggregate of 63mm nominal size around outdoor transformer and HT 11 KV two/four pole structure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks on plan built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of existing MS mesh fencing of any description and painting with two coats of aluminium paint of approved colour complete all as specified and directed.
