Construction of Classrooms at Brajrajnagar College.

1) CIVIL WORKS-GROUND FLOOR:- Earth work in foundation in hard/gravelly of soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods and depositing the excavated materials within intial lead and lift, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Filling in Foundation and Plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming as directed by Engineer-in- charge for cum.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand and well watered and rammered etc. complete including cost of sand.

Plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) by using 4 cm size B.H.G metal including cost, conveyence etc. complete.

Plain Cement Concrete work in floor and drain base slab of M-15 grade with 20mm & down grade crusher broken hard Granite chips including hoisting & laying with cost of all labour, materials with all taxes, lead, T & P etc all complete .

R.C.C. works (M-25) in foundation, footing, beams, plinth band,footing ,base of columns,lintels, roofs, chhajas mass concrete etc. using 10 mm & 20 mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting, watering, curing for 28 days including centering and shuttering and finished the exposed surface smooth including all cost, conveyances, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of labour with T & P required for the work etc. all complete in all respect but excluding cost of Steel and labour charges for bending and binding as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge. a) FOUNDATION, FOOTING AND BASE OF COLUMN
