1.) Repair and Renovation of PUE School Building at Vilaripalayam H/O Vilaripalayam

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thickness of Pressed tiles and weathering course etc., complete

Clean removal of Cement Plaster from walls and racking out joints 20 mm deep etc., complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specification etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Finshed with one course of pressed tiles of size 20x20x2cm with cement mortar 1:3 mix and pointed with the same oiled mortar including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Paninting two Coats using best quality of mixed I Paint (Black Board) Including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete

Painting two coats over Old iron work using synthetic enamal paint including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc complete

Oil Distempering Two Coats over Plastering Surface including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc complete

Cement Painting Two Coats with Approved Cement Paint over Cement Plastered surface including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc complete.

Providing and fixing of PVC rain water down fall pipe 110mm dia with necessary T W Clamps, Plug, Shoes, bend, Screws, nails etc., complete
