Fabrication supplying and erection of Screw Gearing steel shutters of size up to 1.00m width, made out of 8mm thick Mild steel and 65 x 65x 6mm Mild steel angle for outer frame with each 1 no. of vertical and horizontal stiffeners at equal spacing made out of same section and 8mm Mild steel plate for gusset plate 2 Nos. of size of 0.30x0.20M with required bolts and nuts etc., and erection of shutter in position at site with all accessories and conveying and leading the shutter to site. The rate to include dismantling the old from the vent, including the power required conveyance of equipments to site loading of dismantled materials after completion of work, transporting to stores, unloading and stacking. The shutter shall be finished with one coat of anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide paint. The rate shall include petty civil work and trial operation and all taxes etc., complete.

Fabricating, supply and fixing of screw rod 50 mm dia Mild steel Round rod duly machined and fully threaded to suit the capstan Head Assembly with required bold and nut fastened with eye Plate of the shutters including greasing etc., including dismantling old screw rod conveying loading and unloading and stacking to section store etc., Complete.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of top beam made out of 150 x 75 mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the head set assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25 mm Mild steel round duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.9 necessary fish plate made out of 8 mm mild steel plate of size 0.23 x 0.30 m 2 Nos. to place of Beam in position including petty civil works and painting with one coat of anticorrosive black paint with one coat red oxide primer etc., including dismantling old beam conveying, loading and unloading and stacking to section store etc., Complete.

Fabricating, supply and erection of cast iron head set assembly light duty with hexagonal nut (Approximate 50Kg) duly machined with nut threading to suit the screw rod with including cost of grease, one coat of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The cost shall include required handle for shutter operation including dismantling the existing head set Assembly and conveying to the store and stacking including loading and unloading charges etc., complete.
