Checking and attending to leakages in bib taps, mixer taps, stop cocks, angle valves, flushing cisterns, GI pipes, etc including removal of air lock/blockage of water in GI tubing, cleaning the pipe or fittings including replacement of defective material /items and all connected plumbing works etc complete all as spd & directed.

Checking and attending to welding work in repairs to steel windows, handles, door springs, iron frame of doors, rolling shutter garrages and other iron misc works, repair by welding (run or spot welding as per site requirement) including replacement of defective items/ material alongwith & including welding machine, gloves, welding glass, welding rod, any other tools required, as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Checking and attending to carpenter work in repairs to joinery (wooden / steel / aluminium) incl iron/aluminium mongery, pelmet box, door springs, rolling shutters, etc requiring carpentry work and carrying out minor repairs such as tighting of screws/nails, wires of false ceiling, easening of joinery, door spring etc including replacement of glass panes, wirecloth to joinery or any defective items/materials complete all as specified and directed.

Checking and attending to cleaning and maintenance of sewage system including blockage/choke in WHB, bottle traps, kitchen sink / Nahani/floor traps, water closets, soil/waste pipe running on external walls of bldgs including junction holes of any description and sewage line of any sizes upto first manhole in running/flowing order without blockage of any description in any situation manually or mechanically as required including all equipment viz, bamboo, tools, sewage pump, sewage machine etc including replacement of defective items / material complete all as specified & directed.

Note for Item No. 1 to 4 :- (i) Contractor or his authorised rep will report daily at 0900 hrs and onwards at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE;s/MES rep and distribute to all complaints/ detailing to tradesman, monitoring the work done and taking the complaint slip from trademans on every working day and re-submit the same after rectifying the complaint at complaint cell, failing which a recovery of Rs 1000/- per day shall be recovered from the contractor's due payments.

(i) Contractor or his supervisor/site Engineer will report daily at 0900 hrs at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE in-charge, in case after checking & attending the defects, if it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of JE than after to Engineer in charge by the contractor/ his rep immediately. If Engineer-in-charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account. However complaints related to sewage line blockage /pipe replacement etc whatever is applicable shall be attended on same day whether it is "Sunday" or "Gazetted Holidays" and nothing extra shall be payable to contractor on this account

(ii) Contractor or his supervisor / site engineer will report daily at 0900 hrs at complaint cell for noting of day to day complaints in complaints register, issue of complaints slip to tradesmen and enter after completion in complaint register as instructed by JE,s. In case of absense of contractor rep for noting complaints, a penalty of Rs 1000.00 per day will be deducted from the contractor bill.

(iii) The complaint shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding Sunday & gazetted holiday, commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip failing which a Penalty @ Rs.500/- Per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon / imposed on the contractor and necessary recovery shall be made from his dues on this account. The contractor at the begining of contract will provide printed 30 x complaints slip book as per proforma let wiht 400 leaf each booklet

(iv) Any item / material which are required to be replaced shall be paid under respective item under this schedule here in after as " Supply Only".

(v) The labour / tradesmen required for replacement of "Supply onl" items are included under this item. However labour charges for items where indicated 'M&L' , 'S&F' and 'in repairs' shall be included in respective item.

(vi) The above all aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 112490.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
