Fabrication & erection of 33 KV cable exposure type double pole with the provission of separate bus bar for each cable with fixing of necesory clamps and other acessories like danger board,number plate,barbed wire, 9 no. pin insulators with pins,2 no. channels 125x65 mm (1600mm each),1 no.MS channel 125x65mm(3200mm in length) and 2 no.MS angle 65x65x6 mm (each 3200mm in length ) for supporting the hoisting of cable & poles.its jumpering by single core PVC aluminium cable with proper size of lug. (all material arranged by contractor except steel,pole,PVC aluminium cable & insulator).as per RESPO norms.

Laying of 33 kV 3x300 sq. mm XLPE cable S/C including digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide along with required material Sand (0.195 Cub/Mtr), Ist class bricks (26.25 Nos/Mtr), stone pad (2.2 Nos size 600x750x50 mm). The inter axial spacing between two cable should be in between 0.32 M to 0.40 M. (As per JE instruction) and back filling the trench by soil (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 kV XLPE cable)

Digging of Pit in kachcha/Pakka land in 1.2 mtr deep 3 mtr long and 2 mtr wide for 33 KV ST/TH 3x300 sq mm and boxing with brick sand and stone slab as per norms.

Hoisting of 33KV XLPE cable on double pole with GI pipe of size 5/6" dia 3 M long including its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts(all material arranged by contractor).

High Pressure Testing and fault location of 33 cables/line/ as per norms

SCANING/ TRACING OF EXISTING UNDERNEATH POWER CABLES, WATER PIPE LINE , GAS PIPE LINE , SEWER PIPE LINE ON PROPOSED ROUTE TO AV OID POSSIBLITES OF ANY KIND OF DAMAGE DURING DIGGING OF TRENCH/DRILLING FOR LAYING CABLE. (SCANNING MA CHINE WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR)
