Providing and applying elastomeric UV resistant cementetious two component water proofing coating ShaliCem EWP 150 (Food Grade CFTRI approved) manufactured by M/s STP Limited to the entire area to be waterproofed in two coats over a prime coat of cement slurry admixed with ShaliCrete. Ensure to dampen surface for an hour before application and keep damp allowing moisture to soak in. Wet dense concrete at least twice, not less than 30 minutes apart. Surface must be damp during application. Do not allow standing water . Prime coat to be applied after mixing Shalicrete of STP Limited with cement in ration 1:2 . Scrub well the prime coat into the damp wall with stiff fibre brush filling all pores and finish with final stroke in one direction. After applying prime coat mix both components of ShaliCem EWP 150 of STP Limited properly using Jiffy mixture and Crush any globules formed to make uniform paste and continue mixing. Apply the first coat of waterproofing mixture on Primed surface while its still green @1kg/sqm . Keep a wet edge. Apply second when the first coat is touch dry @1.5kg/sqm for horizontal surfaces, for vertical surface apply second and third coat @ 0.75kg/coat. Place reinforcement of glass fibre mesh over first coat while its still wet only on horizontal to vertical junctions. Allow to dry for 24 hrs before moist curing. Do not apply water through a hose or pressurized nozzle. Light spray of water may be required between coats in hot/ dry climate.

Providing & applying 20 mm thick cement-sand plaster(1:4) on the waterproof coating mentioned above by mixing an integral waterproofing compound SHALIPLAST IW of STP Limited as per manufacturers specifications.
