To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 (a) achieved in at least two financial year a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.286.55 lakhs and mention UDIN number in turnover certificate
Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Construction of Road work of value not less than Rs.71.63 Lakhs, in last five years.
Executed in any one year, in the last five years i.e.,2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 the following minimum quantities of work (1) Earthwork-1296.64 Cum (2)GSB-565.76 CUM (3)RCC/PCC/CC/PQC-1269.76 cum
Maximum of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27)
Qualification and experience of the key technical and Management personnel in permanent employment with the Tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this work, if work is awarded
As per clause 3.3a Each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipments/machinery for execution ofthe work. However as per Govt circular No.GO FD/AE 263/EXP12-2022 dt 11-05-2022, this clause for owning key equipments for works costing upto Rs.3.00 crores is exempted. However it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machineries for various activities involved in construction as per MORTH specification a) Concrete mixer with hopper b) Centering sheets c) Tippers d) Water tanker(e) Excavator like JCB/Hitachi/Backo loader

Liquid Assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 71.63 Lakhs (Credit Lines/ Letter of Credit/ Certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc
The tenderer shall furnish ,as part of his tender,EMD in the amount as shown in column 4 of the table of IFT for this particular work.The E.M.D. Rs.215000.00 shall be paid in full through E-payment or in two parts part(1)Rs.100000.00/- BY E-PAYMENT. Part (2) balance EMD of Rs.115000.00 EMD shall be in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD Bagalkote Division Bagalkote. And should be in the form of Bank Guarantee in the Prescribed format obtained from any Nationalised / Scheduled Bank.
