Part I : Providing Cement Concrete Road to Kulasekaran Street in Urapakkam Panchayat at Kattankolathur Panchayat Union Est: 15.00 Lakhs

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) 250 mm thick, including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory Soil Compactor to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as pwe clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Centering with suttering for all cc works using MS sheet with cost and conveyance Incluidng all other labour charges etc complete

Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half M.Sand and three hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of bituminous pad with cost and conveyance including all other labour charges etc complete

Compaction of Pavement using Concrete Vibrators with cost and conveyance including all other labour charges etc complete

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Part III : Providing Cement Concrete Road to Thiruvalluvar Street in Urapakkam Panchayat at Kattankolathur Panchayat Union Est: 10.00 Lakhs

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth,earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B

CC 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal with cost and conveyance including all other labour charges etc complete

Centering with shuttering for all cc works using MS sheet with cost and conveyance including all other labour charges etc complete

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

CC 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal with cost and conveyance including all other labour charges etc complete

Supply and Fixing of Bituminous Pad with cost and conveyance including all other labour charges etc complete

Supply and Fixing of Trowel Machine with cost and conveyance including all other labour charges etc complete
