Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kind of soils, not exceeding 1.5 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, staking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed with in a lead of 30 metres. (HSR 4.14)

Cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone cum aggregate 40 mm nominal size) (HSR 6.1.8)

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: (HSR 7.21.1) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Cement pointing 1 :2 on lining (HSR.14.23.1)

Providing and Laying 600 mm dia Reinforced 2900 Cement Concrete Pipe NP3 / NP-4P /prestressed Concrete Pipe on First Class Bedding in Single Row Providing and Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 /NP-4/prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1 :2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets 1000 mm dia, as per clause 2900 of MORT&H specifications (HSR17.61.1) Note:- In case of any difference in the unit & nomenclature of any of the HSR items depicted in this DNIT and that given in HSR. the unit and nomenclature given in HSR Shall be applicable. ii) In case of any difference in the unit of any Non- schedule items depicted in this DNIT and the Conventional unit of that N.S Item as per practice in this department the conventional unit as per practice shall be applicable.
