S&F of V belt for fan pulley (set of 2Nos) for DG set upto 500 KVA DG Set complete all as specified.

S&F of V belt for alternator and water pump assembly for DG set upto 500 KVA complete all as specified.

S&F of Fuel hose pipe from fuel filter to fuel pump for DG set upto 500 KVA, complete all as specified.

S&F of Fuel pipe from fuel tank to fuel filter for DG set upto 500 KVA, complete all as specified.

M & L for carriying out complete overhauling /servicing of DG Set panel /AMF panel /control panel,including checking and rewiring faulty electrical circuit using 1.5 sqmm FRLS copper conductor,for DG set of any type/capacity making all electric connections and testing for smooth operation complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing of 'under/over voltage relay, 3 phase, 415 volts', for DG sets of capacity upto 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing of battery voltage relay 12 VDC complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing of Fuse (HRC type) for DG sets of capacity up to 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in replecement of Lead acid maintenance free Battry 12 Volts 120AH of existing type & size suitable for DG Sets . including initial charging complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in replecement of 63 to 160 Amp, 415 Volts, 50 Hz Power contactor of coil voltage 240 Volts, complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for attending of any breakdown of standby supply in any location ,whenever required round the clock ,rectify the fault and restore the standby supply within three hour after receipt of complaint of any nature i.e. Engine, alternator,control panel,AMF panel etc . Note -(i) The cost of replaced spare parts shall be paid and measured seperatly. (ii) If complaint is not attended by contractor with in five hour the penality of Rs 100/ per hour to be imposed and amount of penality will be deducted from RAR. (iii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) for all kind of necessary equipment / T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at E/M yard and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (iv) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically ,so contractor to specify the telephone no who will receive the complaint round the clock.

Material & labour for opening / taking out of injector of DG set of any type/make and capacity 250 KVA to 500 KVA disconnection and opening of fuel injector assembly, carrying complete overhauling/servicing fuel injection system with including replacement of injector repair kit ,including calibration of injector, checking of pressure complete for each injector and re-assembling the same, fitted with DG set properly in original location, checking the allignment, making proper fuel connection, testing for smooth opreatio complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of unsv thermostat with new thermostat alongwith complete assy for DG set connection testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for complete overhauling,servicing of turbo charger, opening /taking out of turbo charger of DG set of 250 KVA to 500 KVA capacity ,disconnection of air supply connection pipe etc, including replacement of turbo charger repair kit, calibration/ testing of turbo charger system complete and re-assembling the same ,fitted with DG set properly in original position, checking the allignment, making proper all connection, testing for smooth opreation from authorised rep or service engineer from the manufacturer complete all as directed.

M&L for capacity 250 to 500 KVA complete descaling of cooling system by radiwash with two times circulation of radiwash by means of running of engine & cleaning of fan blades, crankcase breather, radiator and its fins by means of high pressure air or water complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for carry out periodical maintenance & servicing (monthly) from authorised rep or service engineer from the manufacturer of blower of STP ( including the cost of replacement of Gear oil , Replacement of worn out helical Gear, worn out blower moter Fan & fan belt etc.) all as per OEM instructions and directed by Engineer in Charge .

Comprehensive maintenance for repair by periodical (monthly) checking of motor compresser system , valve , STP pipe line , fillter system , pressure guage including air compressor complete coupling & leakage joint & repair / replacement of worn out parts of sewage tretment plant as existing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : i. technician shall attend breckdown on as and when Requaired to rectified the defect urgently ii. Defective parts shall be measured & paid separetely

S&F in replacement of fan belt for compressor / flactuator motor any size & any type as per sample complete All as specified & as directed by engr-in-charge

S&F in replacement of Butter fly / Ball Valve 50 mm nominal bore CPVC complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of Sewage side flow meter as per sample for STP complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of treated side flow meter as per sample for STP complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of Dosing Pump as per sample for complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of pressure gauge / rotometer as per sample for STP complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for repair blower as per sample for STP complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of chemical injection pipe as per sample complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Repair , servicing & Maintenance of chemical injection pump with complete serviciable condition including replacement of worn out part complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for taking out / down pump / motor from base / chambber & opening of the motor up to 7.5 HP carefully & removing burnt windding from stator & rewinding with same gauge of supper enamelled copper inssulated wire & suppirior insulating material including warnishing , heating , greacing replacement of worn out bearring , reassembling the same including testing on full load up to entire satisfaction complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for removing burnt windding from stator & rewinding with same gauge of supper enamelled copper wire & suppirior insulating material including warnishing , heating , greacing replacement of worn out bearring , reassembling the same including testing on full load for 3 HP press feed pump up to entire satisfaction complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for taking out & cleaning of BAR screen chember / oil & greace trap / equvalisation tank / MBBR Tank / floculator tank / tube satteler tank / chlorine contact tank / fillter feed tank / treated water tank , dewatering & digging out sluge , mud state & removing sluge to a distance exc. 250m & N exc 500 m & disposed of complete All as specified & directed by engr-in-charge Note :- i. Rate are deemed include for transpotation & labour Charge from STP to low laying areacomplete all as specified and as directed ii. Cleaning of sluge shall be carried out 2 times of with interval of 3 months each cleaning shall be measured as each job

M&L for taking out & cleaning of sluge draing bed of STP any size digging out sluge , mud state & removing sluge to a distance exc. 250m & n exc 500 m & disposed of complete All as specified & directed by engr-in-charge Note :- i. Rate are deemed include for transpotation & labour Charge from STP to low laying area complete all as specified and as directed ii. Cleaning of sluge shall be carried out 2 times of with interval of 3 months each cleaning shall be measured as each job

Supply only Nitrogenous frertiliser conten 46% nitrogen, Biuret % by weight Max 1.5%, in 50 Kg packets complete all as specified and as directed
