Power Control Centre (PCC) consist of One Incomer ACB of 2000A, One Tie ACB of 2000A. 6 x Outgoing MCCBs of 630A with µP release, 4 x Outgoing MCCB 400A with Thermal Magnetic relaese
Emergency Power Control Centre (EPCC) consist of 2 x Mains Incomer ACB of 800A, 1 x DG Incomer ACB of 800A, Bus coupler ACB of 800A, Outgoing MCCBs of 630A (4 + 4 Nos) and Outgoing MCCB of 630A + Contactor of 400A (1+1 Nos).
Installation, testing, commissioning of 415V switchboards supplied in item-1.

Removal of existing Panels and Cables: Disconnection, dismantling, removal and disposal of existing equipment, panels, cables and cable trays, DBs etc to the designated place in BARC including transportation.
Main switchboard in MSBR having 4 bus sections, multiple incomers and outgoing ACBs and SDF feeders
DG control panels has controls & synchronisation of 2 x 275kVA DG sets & their ACBs
MA & HFMA control panels has controls for 2 x Motor Alternators and 2 x High Frequency Motor Alternator sets
Pump control panel having many no of control cables termination and controls, used to control various pumps and motors.
Incoming Cables/bus duct: These are 1 sq inch copper cables connected from 2.5MVA transformers to the bus duct which is connected to the switchboard. These cables and bus duct to be removed.
Outgoing cables from Main switchboard of various sizes.
MS Fabrication & installation for Cable trays: Fabrication of welded/bolted MS structure using MS angles/C-channels. Installation of fabricated structures, application of epoxy primer and epoxy finish paint to the structures as per tender specification (including supply of material, hardware).
Supply of 1.1 kV grade, copper conductor, XLPE insulated GI armoured,FRLS cables as per technical specification.
